I hate the current method of professors in UCs who tell me to "just memorize this equation." I need these problems worked out so that I can see how the MOSFET operates, I can take this information and apply it to the next example. THANK YOU for your time making these videos!

@0:48 where is your aspect ratio (W/L) for ID? I thought it was ID=k(W/L)[Vov]^2

This video is helpful. It would be better though if you were more careful with the subscript, or at least explain why you suddenly change subscripta from previous equations as you go along because this tends to be very confusing at times.

why the arrow of PMOS in the circuit is to the left? PMOS i though to the right. NMOS arrow to the left.

Why did he use vgs < Vth? that would mean it is in cutoff doesnt it?

Where did you get your conditions for the ohmic region? I thought vgs>vt and vgd>vt?

I thought so too, that's what he said for the first example now it's inverted ,,why is that?

conditions change for PMOS and and NMOS. Due to the change in the flow of charge in the channel

Normally Vds should be higher than Vgs-Vth isn’t it? İs this because this is Pmos?

Vgs = -6.5V using a calculator and wolfram
It appears the error is you trying to rationalize the right side of the equation... you have to do it to both sides

Why in the saturation region did you use the ohmic region conditions, VgsVt and Vds>(Vgs-Vt)?
    Thanks
