Spritual virtue is highly commendable and there is a lot of it in many religions including islam. If god is good, why would he want you to worship him and sign love songs to him, to travel 2000 miles in your life in order to have rituals around his messenger and prophets, Why would god want you to praise him in the middle of your ordinary speaking?
If i was a ruler called dawah, and you prayed to me, had a magic book to say you love me and respect me for 400 pages, sing songs to my greatness every day, I love you Dewah, Dewah is the only ruler, the great ruler, The great father of the world, Dewah the holy merciful and so on...
If i was god, and everyone loved me and could harbour hate for living creatures, i would feel my message book was not perfect, and that i would feel selfish, concietful, and if i had enough power to make a trillion universes with a trillion stars each with a million stones going around them, And one of my people who loved me, his child was dying of cancer or hunger, i would give them food or take away their cancer.
Accepting that there are a trillion^trillion stars, and each star has some stones around it and maybe some planets, that our planet is 4 billion years old, and that human civilization is not 4 trillion years old... I would feel that god was all powerful god of rock and dust, and his power for human concept of good has been completely zero for our entire life-time, and that the koran was the folly of a human passion.
Islam is a great religion, but teaching only islam to children, when all of our christians have already been embarrassed that the devil, heaven, miracles, prophets, That these prophets, before the existance of books, were great men different from an arrogant king, Ibrahim and Jesus and Mohammed were revolutionary hero's trying to bring equality to their people with great passion.
