you don't need that much, as long as you have 250k to 350k in cash, and earn at least 40k plus is fine. It not like you are going to pay the car off, get the car, drive it for a year or two then get something else. You don't need millions of money to enjoy nice things. You just deploy a small amount of income to have some fun.
Remember you are going to get this money back ( a good percentage) when you move it.

Most people miss it but the secret to retiring comfortably is finding a way to make returns while your money works for you. My Dad, as i remember started saving for retirement quite late but I know he was making more than 10k returns from his investments monthly and it was completely passive

High ceilings this is beautiful the living room. I am just tired of all these homes with these islands yes that's what the modern home has but sometimes these islands take away from the kitchen too much space they are nice to have but sometimes you just need to have a a bar size Island like with four seats or maybe two they don't have to be so big and bulky somewhere to sit. like a little bar
