Handicapped Wheel cam Operated

This is the B.tech Final year project, BBD NIIT.
New way to run the handicapped wheel by just pushing the handle bar to and fro, operated by cam.
There is no chain system to transmit the motion.
Very healthy and exercising mechanism which make the rider fun while ridding.
