Actually he is a lot kind hearted and free spirited and his world totally revolves around his best friend Ajay and his love interest Geetha. So, what if both Ajay and Geetha fall in love and start neglecting Arya and to what consequences this leads to forms the crux of the story.

His friendship towards his Friend and Love towards his Lover is so irrational is what makes him psycho. But not the way these two were thinking. So yeah they will have to watch the movie to understand.
