OMG! I’ve been Keto for over 2 years for health reasons too. I’ve tried so many nasty recipes I’d almost given up trying. Then I found you. These Brownies are the best recipe I’ve tried! They taste like real decadent brownies not eggs or cheese. Thanks for all the work you put into these recipes. You are truly a gift from God.
I watched this video several times and read all of the comments before I tried because I have made so many bad keto recipes. I finally decided to take the plunge and make them, using your baking flour, too. My diabetic teen son tried them and asked me how I made them taste like regular brownies, and that I “knocked them out of the park”. This is super high praise since he’s just not one to eat low carb/keto foods just because they are that! They really have to taste great for him to accept them. So thank you for this amazing recipe that he, and I (keto dietitian), and my husband (gluten free) can enjoy❤.
I just made these today & they are delicious! I did slightly modify the recipe by substituting 2 TBSP of the regular cocoa with 2 TBSP of black cocoa for a dark chocolate flavor, which I prefer. Then I only had about half the amount of allulose on hand so I used about 1/2 cup of granular white Swerve & 1/4 cup of brown ‘sugar’ Truvia. Then I added 1/2 cup of chopped pecans & 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes. I also used sugar-free chocolate bark that used to be a bunch of different flavors of chips that I melted down & poured into a pan. Baked for 22 minutes in my oven. Very pleased! I got 20 servings, which I already ate 2 today 😋 so I quickly wrapped them in two serving packages & froze them for my weekend treats! Otherwise they would be much too tempting to have on the counter 😄.
Made these tonight. I've tried many keto brownie recipes, this is the only one that even compares to a box mix! I'm thoroughly impressed. My husband said, "These are legitly!" Lol. He made up a word he was so speechless 😋 He pointed out the fact that there is no graininess to these like other brownie recipes, they stay moist, and there is no "crystalization' type texture even after it has completely cooled!!! This is the real deal 😁🥰😁
Forgot to add… I SO appreciate when the written recipe is right there in the description. Nice to be able to pause as I follow the recipe along, rather than leave the video for the written recipe. Gotta know if I have the ingredients on hand. And by now I can usually tell by ingredients, if I’ll like a recipe. ❤
Thank you so much for the keto flour recipe. I made the brownies today and the chocolate cake, as well as the pizza the other day. My husband loves it. Finally, keto doesn't taste like cardboard anymore. (His words) 😊
Oh my....IT'S A FOR REAL BROWNIE! I haven't eaten a real brownie since I was diagnosed T1D in 2020. Thank you for all your hard work on developing this recipe!
My sister made me this brownie for my birthday treat. Also used your flour to make biscuits to go w/ my steak dinner. I’ve been keto for 11mo. This was a real treat. Thank you so much!
Bravo! I just made them and you have a winner. I sprinkled some coarse sea salt on them to heighten the choc flavor. Can’t wait to dress these up with all kinds of mix ins. BTW the butter, choc, allulose mixture when cooled basically becomes fudge. Add some vanilla and some salt to taste and you have another yummy treat to pour over the top of brownies with ice cream. Just sayin!
These brownies are definitely a win at my house!! After the fourth or fifth batch, I decided to mix things up and try something different. Substituted Lily’s butterscotch chips for the chocolate chips and peanut butter powder for the cocoa powder with chopped peanuts sprinkled on top…😳😳😳🥰🥰🥰 Your recipe and perfected flour are definitely the reason this worked but it turned out even better than I hoped!! Thanks for the inspiration!!
So I’ve mixed your flour. And I’ve made these brownies. The texture, the taste, the chocolate flavor. Everything. It’s insanely good. Just beyond any expectations. Absolutely incredible. I’m gonna try chaffles next and then the yeasty stuff. Thank you and bless you! You are such a bright soul.
I tried the brownies today - mine didn't taste quite sweet enough (for me) - next time I will add 1/2 cup more. But I love nuts in my brownies so I added 1/2 cup chopped walnuts and 1/2 cup Lily's chocolate chips to the batter before baking in my glass 9 x 13 dish. I baked them for 23 minutes and let them sit on a rack to cool - I was able to cut and remove them without them crumbling - the texture was PERFECT! These are going to be my favorite brownies when I learn what amount of sugar is best for my taste buds! Thanks Victoria!
Victoria, We love these brownies!!! They are soooo delicious. We freeze the brownies and then cut them in pieces and put them in a freezer bag so we can just get one or two out at a time. They are just as yummy frozen!!! Thank you for all the work you do to make great recipes that are low carb and DELICIOUS!!! You are a Godsend to us!!! Paula Stox
Wow!! These taste amazing! I used your 2.0 flour and added 1 tsp. baking powder. Absolutely delish! Thank you for all of your work! And sharing the Good News!
Sweet Victoria, after helping me out last night explaining your Perfected Keto Flour, I made my very first recipe from your channel today... brownies. My husband and I just tried them and... OH! MY! GOLLY!! They are absolutely DELICIOUS and taste like the REAL THING!! Although my oven hugs and didn't quite cook the very center, my husband likes that part best. He said, "They're good. They're REALLY good! THIS IS A WINNER!!" Whew-hooooo! I can't wait to make more of your recipes! Once again, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. This, my dear, is your calling! God bless and MERRY CHRISTMAS!♥️
Made your brownies. I took a chance in reducing all ingredients in half because I don’t need a whole batch in my house. They came out just as you said they would! Only thing I wish I had was some keto vanilla ice cream. Thankful for Victoria!❤️
These are crazy good. My daughter took some after they were made and she had no idea they were sugar and wheat flour free. They came out big and fluffy, almost like really rich chocolate cake. If you're looking for something that tastes like regular brownies, this is it. The only thing I did different was replace 1/2 cup of the allulose with my own sweetener mix (xylitol, erythritol and a bit of powdered stevia) to up the sweetness profile.
I made these brownies using your New Standard Keto flour with oat fiber/almond flour. They definitely taste like a "real" brownie and I love the melted chocolate chips for taste/texture. Great idea! I got distracted and am pretty sure I added a bit too much flour mix and also cooked a little too long. Still, they are really tasty and I thank you for the recipe. I will make these again and be sure I'm not interrupted next time.
Loved this brownie recipe! I never tried a recipe like this one (and I tried quite a few). I haven't mixed the perfected keto flour yet, because I still had the flour to make bread and that is the one I used for this recipe. I added pecans and chocolate chips in the batter. But the thing is that the brownies have been in the fridge for a week and still they are soft, moist, yummy, that's incredible!! You never get that from another recipe. Thanks Victoria!!
Just made them with chopped pecans. Delicious. The bamboo flour gives the baked items a shiny, rubber texture, but they still taste good and are healthy! Thanks Victoria!
Wow, Victoria! I just made these and they are GREAT! Thank you SO much! I was about to use some Hershey's sugar free chocolate chips but then I noticed that they consist mostly of maltitol which is not much better than regular sugar if you want to keep carbs low. So I used 100% baking chocolate (and no additional sweetener besides the amount of allulose in the recipe). They turned out perfect. Not too sweet and very chocolaty. Most important: wife approved! 😃 Now I am ready to try many more of your recipes (I already have a jar of the grape jelly in my fridge).
It really is the best keto brownie! I’ve made many and none come close to how good this one is! I’ve made 2 batches since finding this thank u for this recipe! My kids n their friends even like it and u actually can’t tell the difference it’s the first recipe I can say that about. Yummmm
This looks really good Victoria. I think I will have to add some nuts and peanut butter frosting. You are a blessing to even us seasoned bakers. I am also a recovering diabetic.
These brownies are amazing. No coconut grit. You had to have been a scientist in your other life. What you’ve accomplished with your flours is…dare I say it…a miracle.😂😂
Made these last night with your "standard keto flour" without any other changes and they turned out great! I overbaked them just a little (my fault) and they are still delicious. My boyfriend said they taste like a normal brownie!! You're the best lady. Thank you!
Thank you for this recipe! I tried it and it tasted basically like a real brownie, mine was cake-like which I like. I followed the recipe, though my 'sugar' took a good while to smooth out, actually maybe only did like 80% then I got fed up. I used part allulose and part brown sugar swerve. Also, because it stayed so long to smooth out it was pretty hot so I let it cool before I mixed in the eggs so the oil had separated a bit but was no biggie. I used half the recipe as I also try new recipes with less ingredients in case it doesn't pan out. I wish I didn't! It was soo good, between my husband, my friend and I, it was gone in two days. Definitely a must try and definitely a repeat. Oh, I did it with the perfected flour and added the baking powder as instructed. Thank you again for another sweet treat that can keep me on track with keto
Victoria - you are a blessing! I’ve tried SO MANY keto recipes that are a total waste of time and money! These brownies ARE GREAT! Thanks for turning me on to allulose! It’s also a game changer. I too hate the “menthol” cold aftertaste of Suerve.
These are going to turn out wonderfully! I used one bowl for mixing and the microwave to melt the butter and chips. I also put walnuts on top. If Heaven has a smell, this is it!
I had some of Victoria's earlier flour left over in my pantry and made these brownies. They were delicious! I shared them with my son and his wife and they had no idea that they were keto! They requested I make them again. I will, but I will use Victoria's Einkorn Flour. Thank you Victoria.
I have been following your channel and have made your keto flour, I have made your waffle recipe and I just made your brownie recipe, they are amazing thank you so much for what you do you give keto hope when having to be on it. This channel is awesome, there are only a few other channels that have good recipes.
I made the brownies. So delicious. I cooked in my KitchenAid countertop oven for 25 minutes. I should have taken out around 20 . I put a lot of pecans in batter. I plan to portion pieces for freezer. I'm so grateful for the recipe. God bless you
Victoria, thank you for such hard work and getting the perfect recipes. I made the brownies a few times now. My family loves them and some friends have tasted as well. I added some chunks of semisweet chocolate chips for my daughters and I’ll try some nuts on top for a couple of friends. My girls eat them with ice cream (which you also showed us how to do). Thank you so much! Cant wait to try other things. ❤
I made your brownies the day I saw the recipe and my husband and myself loved them. Most impressed, so thank you Victoria. Love your channel and I have learned so much.
If you use Lily’s chocolate chips, I calculated in carb manager that the whole recipe is 19 net carbs. If you cut it into 20 or more servings, each brownie will be less than 1 net carb. I calculated 4 raw eggs as 1 net carb. Each egg is zero carbs, but when you have 4 it is actually 1 net carb for all 4 eggs. Just trying to be precise.
It is actually more like 40 net carbs. Most of them are from the chocolate chips and the cocoa powder. But still only two carbs for these brownies is awesome. I think they are better when they have time to cool or sit overnight then they taste more like a brownie. 😊
Victoria Honey, I made your brownie recipe! oh my God I love it. And my husband who has a sweet tooth and is the most critical person of keto food hahaha bc he hates it stated they were good!! Said the texture, consistency and flavor was good. I used the same perfected keto flour (the same one that we couldnt make your cookies with). Thank you!!!
I just made your keto brownie and the first piece was delicious. Smooth with rich, firm texture that rose nicely with your perfected flour and additional baking powder. Nice and easy to make. Interesting that I used Natvia which is an erythritol sweetener and this did not create any grittiness in the texture. No crunch at all which I was very happy about. I think as long as this Natvia erythritol product is baked with heat then any grittiness is not a problem. Not so with anything that has not been heated up such as icing. Will be exploring the allulose fairly soon to discover the differences with erythritol. This keto brownie is easy to prepare for a fairly rich chocolate treat. Looks like I will get 12 to 15 brownies out of this recipe which I used in my 13 X 9 inch baking dish. Thanks very much Victoria.
Another success! ❤ I added 1 tsp of espresso powder and WOW! Super delicious! Rave reviews from the grandkids! Love love love the NSKF 2.0! Again and again, Victoria…THANK YOU!!! ❤❤❤
I just wanted Victoria's viewers to know that after I started using the Organic Naturtonix Certified Oat Fiber, every recipe has failed. I have used the regular Naturtonix Oat Fiber without any problems before. I just ordered the regular one again and can't wait to make these brownies.
Just got back home. Have all my shopping and baking to do. I am adding this to what I am making for Thanksgiving because it looks AMAZING, easy, and I have all the ingredients. Thanks so much!
I just now decided to make this recipe and although they are delicious , I wish that I would have used more sugar as it is lacking in sweetness. I have just ordered the sugar combination that you discussed recently and awaiting it's arrival. Hoping this combination gives the sweetness that I am hoping for without the after taste. All in all, your recipes are awesome so keep up the awesome work
Loved the brownies so today decided to make brownie cookie bar. So I also make up the Chocolate Chip cookies and spooned those on top and swirled them in and it turned out great. Need to cover towards the end since the cookies browned a lot faster
When you said the thing about the box brownie, it reminded me of a product that King Arthur makes to help get that "box" enhancement. I looked up the nutrition and it would add 3 total carbs to your recipe. I used to use it all the time before I was keto. It is Bread and Cake Enhancer - King Arthur Baking Company
I can’t wait to try this. Last week my husband said, “Please give up on Keto brownies as they just don’t work!” I agreed but now I see your recipe and it looks like the real deal. I’m new to your channel so I need to go back and find your flour recipes. Thank you!
FYI, Victoria has 2 different all purpose flours. One is for bread and bread like recipes and the other is for cakes and cookies. Under more information in this video she has provided a link to her video for her All Purpose Cake and Cookie Flour.
I can not wait to try this!!! All is missing (for me anyways) is a danish recipe!!!!! *hint hint nudge nudge* LOL You are amazing thank you for sharing your creations and recipes with us!!!!
Most definitely only bake for TWENTY MINUTES! Unfortunately, I went what she said in the video @5:25 mins and baked them for 25 mins. They were tasty, but DRY. 😥 I did check on them at 20 minutes, but I thought the top still looked "wet." I most definitely should have taken the pan out of the oven and done the "toothpick test." BTW- the uncooked batter was AWESOME! Anyway, I took the time to copy her directions and edited them for clarity. I hope this helps someone to not make the same mistake. ---------------------------------- Victoria’s Keto Brownies you have NEVER had before! For the entire brownie WITHOUT chocolate chips the carb count is 17 net carbs - depending on the chocolate chips that you use. (Add in the carb count for the chocolate chips that you used.) Preheat the oven to 350℉ Ingredients: 1 cup melted unsalted butter 1/2 cup chocolate chips 3/4 cup cocoa powder 1 1/2 cup allulose 4 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup Victoria's New Standard Flour (110 grams) 2 tsp baking powder 1/8 tsp salt Directions: Chocolate Mixture 1. Melt butter in a pot on the stove. 2. Once the butter is melted remove the pot from the stove & add the chocolate chips stirring until the chocolate is completely melted. (You may return the pot to the stove to warm up the mixture if necessary.) 3. Add the allulose to the pot and stir until completely dissolved and not grainy. 4. Pour the chocolate mixture into a large bowl and one at a time whisk the eggs into the chocolate mixture. 5. Whisk in the vanilla 6. Add cocoa powder & salt to the chocolate mixture in the bowl and stir together with a spatula Dry Mixture 1. In a separate bowl stir together the flour, salt, and baking powder 2. Add the flour mixture to the chocolate mixture and stir, scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl until all of the dry ingredients are fully incorporated (when you no longer see any dry ingredients) (Do NOT use a mixer!) 3. Pour batter into a 9x13 baking dish and bake at 350℉ for 20 minutes!
Just made these. Could have pulled them at 20 min so be watchful. Also I would like them sweeter so would add an extra 1/4 to 1/2 c allulose. This is a cake like brownie.
It's Christmas Eve and I'm making a batch of these brownies right now... They're still on the oven, but I licked the spatula clean. The batter is great... I'm sure the brownies will be too.
Try the Brownies, they are excellent, non keto eating wife says they need some icing. I made a nice chocolate butter frosting, Keto of course, and it's excellent!
Victoria! Just in time! I've been craving Brownies! I've tried several Keto Brownie recipes and none even come close to the real deal! Excited to try with your cakes & Cookies flour. ❤️ Blessings from Iowa, L
I just found your channel this evening so I’m binge watching and drooling 🤤 Before I attempt to make these brownies I want to be sure I am understanding correctly to measure out 1C of your Perfected Keto Flour and then add 2tsp of baking powder to create your Cakes & Cookies Flour! Your recipes sound and look amazing so next I’ll be binge baking 😊 Thank you in advance for all your help!
Just made this. Delicious. Trouble is I can’t stop eating it. I didn’t have any chocolate chips so I used some squares from a dark chocolate bar that I had and added a couple of tablespoons of heavy cream powder.
Yea. Thanks a lot! I go make these brownies and after they cool, half has been eaten by my wife. And she isn't even on a Keto diet! That tells you something about these brownies. I will admit though, you do great work.
Omgosh Victoria! These are great! I ran outta Allulose and substituted rest with Xylitol, which would not dissolve for nothing before I added rest of ingredients. So, just decided to go with it! Just took them outta the oven. I too couldn't wait, still pretty warm but Delicious!! BEST Keto Brownies I've ever tasted. Happy 🦃 Thanksgiving! Blessings from Iowa, L
I have a feeling there are a lot of smiles out there today over this brownie recipe. When you mentioned your original attempts lacked that "box brownie" taste, I wanted to give you a helpful hint on that score. Just add a little bit of vanilla flavored protein powder! I can't get over how it makes my recipes taste more like box mixes! Lol, of course the ideal is to taste more home made, but in this case, when so many of us grew up on the box mixes, it's a comfort food. Just two tablespoons should do the trick : )
It's true~ I just made lemon blondies the other day, & was a bit heavy handed w/the protein powder, yet was thrilled w/my results. I ended up w/a dense, fudgy lemon cheesecake type bar that was fantastic! One little square was all I needed~ instead of two 3-4 inch bars🤣Portion control right there!
@@homehealthymama I would start with one tablespoon at a time until you get the flavor you're looking for. The secret is the vanilla powder in the protein!
Ok, I just made the brownies. Oh my! They are great! I was afraid I wouldn't like the allulose, but I can't tell any difference. Thank you so much for this recipe! I'm looking forward to try many of the others! I was wandering if you have thought of making peppermint bark?
I like the texture but they taste burnt to me. I even took them out early. It must be the allulose.
Do you have a keto recipe book
I love the original brownies recipe, this one not so much...my laptop died any idea on how to find that recipe?
I watched this video several times and read all of the comments before I tried because I have made so many bad keto recipes. I finally decided to take the plunge and make them, using your baking flour, too.

You are so welcome! Even better coming soon!
Why oh why do none of your recipes have nutritional info?
My sister made me this brownie for my birthday treat. Also used your flour to make biscuits to go w/ my steak dinner. I’ve been keto for 11mo. This was a real treat. Thank you so much!

Ms. Victoria... you have become my absolute favorite Keto Chef. I pray that you take Keto UA-camrs by storm! God bless you and your talents
Thank you for your kind words
Let's see, add a cup of chopped pecans to the batter and a scoop of keto-friendly ice cream on top, heavenly for sure!!!!!!
Me too… also organic unsweetened coconut.
Definitely needs walnuts! Can't wait to make these!
I made these and wanted to cry. I thought I’d never be able to enjoy sweets again. These are delicious.
Victoria,
We love these brownies!!!

Love The Keto Twins!! ♥️♥️ You’re all in good company!

Instead of xylitol, use monk fruit, xylitol is not healthy ♥

Can't wait to try this and the new pizza dough recipe you provided in another recipe. Feels like a whole new keto world has opened up to me.🍫

Love how you took an old favorite brownie recipe I've used for years and made it keto.
This tickles me "pink". Another miracle recipe! Thanks for giving us that chocolate fix!!!
Made these last night with your "standard keto flour" without any other changes and they turned out great! I overbaked them just a little (my fault) and they are still delicious. My boyfriend said they taste like a normal brownie!! You're the best lady. Thank you!
Hands down or should I say 🙌🏼 hands up 🙌🏼 THE BEST keto brownie recipe out there. They’re delicious! Thank you❤
Yay! Thank you!
You need to do a cookbook!
Thanks for taking the time to create the flours and recipes…. I’m off to make brownies 😊
Please let me know what u think of them when you taste it!
Omg!!! Just made these and holy cow they are amazing!!! Can’t tell there’s almond flour at all!! So decadent and moist!
Victoria love your videos. Please package & sell of your All Purpose Cakes & Cookies Flour Mix &

I am excited to make your self-rising flour & your “Cakes & Cookies” flour!!!
Thank You Lord for this woman! 💕😇💕
This is a great recipe-they are a really great texture! I added walnuts to the batter and sprinkled sea salt on top. They are amazing!
Bless you. I am 50 I have been following you and you are adorable and I love you so much!!!
Thank you friend!
I had some of Victoria's earlier flour left over in my pantry and made these brownies. They were delicious! I shared them with my son and his wife and they had no idea that they were keto! They requested I make them again. I will, but I will use Victoria's Einkorn Flour. Thank you Victoria.
Just made these. They are fantastic! I have done a lot of baking and these really are the best brownies!!!
Glad you like them!
Made these added 1/2 walnut pieces. Delicious 😋
God bless you
Thank u!
They DO taste like real brownies!!! They are awesome AND even after 3 days they tasted amazing!
I made your brownies the day I saw the recipe and my husband and myself loved them. Most impressed, so thank you Victoria. Love your channel and I have learned so much.
I LOVE to read that thank you!
Victoria, it’s looks so awesome!!! You are a blessing!!!
Just made them. (Couldn't wait for them to cool down.)
They're!!! EXCELLENT!!!
Good! That means if I eat nothing else the day I make these, I can eat the whole pan! hahahahahaha!!!!! I'm only half kidding.
But what about other stuff in the recipe like the Splenda Allulose etc. doesn't that count too?
Actually each lrg egg has 0.4 carbs, so 4 eggs are 1.6 carbs.
Thank you for calculating the net carbs. Can you tell me the total carbs?
It is actually more like 40 net carbs. Most of them are from the chocolate chips and the cocoa powder. But still only two carbs for these brownies is awesome. I think they are better when they have time to cool or sit overnight then they taste more like a brownie. 😊
I'm a diabetic but I still dream about Braums chocolate almond hot fudge sundae on s brownie. Thanks to you my dreams can come true!🤗🤗
You have become my absolute favorite keto channel!
Wow, thank you!
Thank you Victoria!!
Love love brownies🥰😊 . I just can't wait to bake it. Thank you so much so easy and quick . 😃😄❤
I love you!!!! I am a brownie snob!!! These are sooooo good!!! Bless your sweet heart!!!
I have been waiting for you to come out with this recipe...can't wait to try it...thank you!
Sister-in-law and I made these brownies over last weekend they were amazing everybody loved them thanks again
Yah I love to read these comments!
Love and light
You have to let the baked goods chill or reach room temp before the erythritol re crystallizes. I’m happy you like the recipe!
Made these last night and dusted them with confectionery erythritol. They rock!! Love em
Another success! ❤ I added 1 tsp of espresso powder and WOW! Super delicious! Rave reviews from the grandkids! Love love love the NSKF 2.0! Again and again, Victoria…THANK YOU!!! ❤❤❤
if you use the NSKF 2.0 to make these brownies, do you still have to add the 2 teaspoons of baking powder?
I just wanted Victoria's viewers to know that after I started using the Organic Naturtonix Certified Oat Fiber, every recipe has failed. I have used the regular Naturtonix Oat Fiber without any problems before. I just ordered the regular one again and can't wait to make these brownies.
Thank you for reporting - helps us avoid an expensive mistake.
How did it fail? I just used the organic Naturtonix Certified Oat Fiber and my dough did not rise. Was that the problem you had?
@@lee3679 Exactly, the dough doesn't rise. The Organic version also has a funky smell and is not as fine as the regular one.
Yes, very disappointing.😢 I just bought this bag. Too expensive to just toss, but I don’t know what to do with it if it doesn’t work properly.
@@lee3679can you use it for the cake and cookie flour for something that doesn’t have to rise much? And the other mountain brand she uses is in now.
Oooooooo, it looks so moist and yummy. I can’t wait to try it! Thank you for the recipe and your flour mixture.
YUMMY! I miss brownies. I am going to try this hopefully tonight. Thank you.
Those look amazing. I've searched and can't tell if you are greasing your pan or not.
Thank you for all you do.
I do :)
@@lynnharrell9598 I made both flours, thank you
Made this today it’s delicious thank you ❤
I can not wait to try this!!!

Victoria’s Keto Brownies you have NEVER had before!
For the entire brownie WITHOUT chocolate chips the carb count is 17 net carbs - depending on the chocolate chips that you use. (Add in the carb count for the chocolate chips that you used.)
Preheat the oven to 350℉
Ingredients:
1 cup melted unsalted butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cup allulose
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup Victoria's New Standard Flour (110 grams)
2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
Directions:
Chocolate Mixture
1. Melt butter in a pot on the stove.
2. Once the butter is melted remove the pot from the stove & add the chocolate chips stirring until the chocolate is completely melted. (You may return the pot to the stove to warm up the mixture if necessary.)
3. Add the allulose to the pot and stir until completely dissolved and not grainy.
4. Pour the chocolate mixture into a large bowl and one at a time whisk the eggs into the chocolate mixture.
5. Whisk in the vanilla
6. Add cocoa powder & salt to the chocolate mixture in the bowl and stir together with a spatula
Dry Mixture
1. In a separate bowl stir together the flour, salt, and baking powder
2. Add the flour mixture to the chocolate mixture and stir, scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl until all of the dry ingredients are fully incorporated (when you no longer see any dry ingredients) (Do NOT use a mixer!)
3. Pour batter into a 9x13 baking dish and bake at 350℉ for 20 minutes!
Thanks so much you’re amazing!!
Merry Christmas!
Blessings from Iowa, L
Thank you Victoria for all of your wonderful recipes. I can't wait to make this one.
Ohhhhh can't wait to make this.
My b-day today and I need this sooooo bad
I just made these today. Delicious!
Really good, I just made these and they are soooo yummy especially a bit warm!
Yes 👍🏼
I’ll be making these brownies this weekend, Lord willing 😊
Just made this. Delicious. Trouble is I can’t stop eating it. I didn’t have any chocolate chips so I used some squares from a dark chocolate bar that I had and added a couple of tablespoons of heavy cream powder.
You are so good at explaining your videos and information, everything looks good.......
Thank you so much!
*These brownies look simply delicious* 😋
My new favorite keto videos! Thank you so much!
This is a great flour recipe, my only change was I sifted the dry ingredients
These are spot on! You would never know they're keto.
Just made these, the bater itself is delicious!
Yea. Thanks a lot! I go make these brownies and after they cool, half has been eaten by my wife. And she isn't even on a Keto diet! That tells you something about these brownies. I will admit though, you do great work.
You are awesome! What a great find for a KETO lover. You explain everything very well. BLESS YOU!
Awe thank u!
How much would you add to this recipe?
@@homehealthymama I would start with one tablespoon at a time until you get the flavor you're looking for. The secret is the vanilla powder in the protein!
@PJL This sounds wonderful! Thank you for adding tips. What brand of vanilla protein powder do you use?
Ok, I just made the brownies. Oh my! They are great! I was afraid I wouldn't like the allulose, but I can't tell any difference. Thank you so much for this recipe! I'm looking forward to try many of the others! I was wandering if you have thought of making peppermint bark?
