This is the way it is meant to be played. Being around rogue players is 90% of the fun of the game. I love the thrill of having a skull (or 6) show up on the map and running for my life. It is a PvP area. If you bought the game for solo play, the equipment you get via solo is PLENTY good enough for all of the SOLO PvE areas. If you can't handle being killed, get out of the dark zone.
Are we really crying no endgame less than a month after release? +JLPuffums Why is it so wrong to demand a proper end game at release? I spent $88 AUD on this game so I could wait a month for the real end game to start coming out? This is such a bad trend in the gaming industry.... Let's release the base game and then add the cool shit later and charge the price of the game ontop for the season pass.... Fuck that shit.... I just want to have something to do post level 30.... I'm already bored with the game a week after buying it because I can't be fucked grinding tediously for hundreds of hours for no real purpose...
Patrick Chaanin No video game has any real purpose. They are ALL repetitive garbage. Even if the story is great, like Witcher for example, it's still repetitive, go here, kill this, collect that, it's all the same in the end. Nobody makes you play for hours on end. That's your choice. They laid out the year 1 plan before the game was even released so you have only yourself to blame. If you want LOTS of content, you have to pay. Either a sub fee, or DLC. There are no exceptions unless the game is riddled with micro transactions.
Spot on my dude, spot on. The end game is a joke. Incursions are coming but I doubt they'll be anything that significant or difficult. This game is screaming out for a robust and dynamic pvp system. They've done so well in a number of areas except for the one that matters the most.
yep. respawn trollers, etc but a good actual robust system, buff against how many deaths you get from a particular player. But this game is.. almost dead. Dunno, just either hackers or grinders left.
+MarcoStyle | The Division Videos bro at what level do you get high end purple stuff and how and when you unlock slots for skills and talents? please reply i really need help.
I really appreciate the amount of work you put into your videos. All of the analytics and data you provide, math you have done. Even three years ago your videos were still on point!
the reason that people hate rogues is precisely due to the massive grind that rogues are interrupting. not to mention that most rogues are decked out in golds and curbstomp players trying to get gear that would place them anywhere near being able to defend themselves. as things stand new players or "casual" players have almost no chance to get to where early hardcores nolifed themselves.
The whole point of the game is to kill each other grind it out and get loot..I understand what you mean tho but I'm a fresh 30 and I get a bunch of friends and I survived 6 man hunts in a row
You know what man I completely agree, i see it like this I've got my gear to the point I can run thought daily challenge with ease not solo but the NPC won't 1shot me, soo me going to the dark zone I just wanna pvp.. And killing players in the darkzone and hoping they'll come back is currently the only way
Im not sure how I found your channel but you are absolutely spot on. The game is feeling a total boring grind to get high end gear. Its a long daunting process. Farm NPCs for Gear and PC > > Purchase Blueprints > Farm More > Farm Materials > Finally Craft you item > End up crafting an item not related to your build > Farm more PC for Recalibration > Recalibrate. Its just tedious.
I know I'm just being optimistic but I'm pretty sure it's the way it is so at lot of people can get good endgame gear to start raids when they get released and the dropped items inside there will trump all craftable highend pieces.
I agree with this. Another excellent video. I can tell you the reason I min max my character is for PVP. I don't care if the fish will like it or not. They are in the barrel and I am doing the shooting :)
Recalibration with high end gear should accept regular currency as well as not have the limit to only changing one aspect of that gear. This way people will grind for currency and have unlimited attempts to gamble on attributes on their gear.
you are so right on so many things, i farmed a lot in the division and i tryed to be a healer but, in the dark zone a healer is bull**** because you can kill the enemies so fast they dont even touch you, and the challenge mode that was challeging at first is now a walk in the park. Im realy sad the game has no real endgame stuff. when they hyped the game the challenge mode sounded like a insane hard difficulty and it sounded like you could do all the missions on this challenging mode , but you can only do 3 or 4 challenge missions and the rest is just on "hard" difficulty. i think they were so silent about this endgame stuff is that they rly didnt have any of it...
Very nice video mate. I have to agree whit everything you have said. And yes as rank 66 im slowly runing out of things to do in the game. And crafting is indeed a big pain in the arse. Keep up the good work.
Marco, you answered your own question regarding PvP in the dark zone. Since it takes so long to gather sufficient crafting mats for your gear, people want to farm in peace in order to get their mats as fast as possible. So it's no wonder that active PvPers are made to feel unwelcome.
Ok, this is the best video you did in a long time! Finally someone that clarifies the term "RPG". I can't stand the excuse "but it's an RPG". And the SALT ZONE is a genius name hahaha
i think the new patch will help the game be "loot based" more. all the point you talked about the kind of covered in the new patch. not entirely, i know. but they reacted fast ( Massive ) and that is good tbh.
I think they ought to make more blue prints. Like say something called "Security Kneepads" for example. Where when any item that is labeled "Security" will give armor boost, and the crafted item will give a random chance to give "security" type ability bonuses only instead of rolling on 1/21 stats. Same goes for Medical or Tech gear. It would almost make people want to stick with a certain role. As of now, I'm basing my abilities on which gun I pick up, but it should be the other way around.
You can deconstruct the DZ gear in the backpack with out taking it out the DZ. but you best making a new character leave him or her at level four, send them stuff through the shared stash, they sell and buy low level items, then put in the stash for the main character to deconstruct. You deconstruct a blue item and you receive one blue part, if a low level sells an item let's say level 30 gun and receives 3000 credits, he buys 10 hand guns at 300 credits each, put in stash for main character to deconstructs for 20 green parts this makes four blue parts.
The whole thing you explained is almost exactly like diablo 3 items RNG. Getting "perfect" gear is going to take A LONG TIME. you will have to be happy with items that have 2 or 3 out of the 4 things you want.
Man who is really giving you shit for going rogue in a legit way. It was a major selling point of the game. Thanks, Marco, for keeping people on their toes and may the tears of your enemies build your salt zone throne.
I see your point, Marco, but honestly, this will only be an issue for a relatively small portion of the community: the min/max crowd with hours upon hours of time to play each week. Most won't experience what you describe, since they either don't care about min/max or don't have the time to get to that point before we have new DLC gear to grind.
Good point tbh. In most rpg mmos, you fight hard for drops, and you compensate with craftibles until you get a good item for that slot. As much as im enjoying The Division, 99.999% of everything is just there to be deconstructed for mats.
Very good points Marcostyle!! I have become very annoyed with looting systems, annoyed they haven't refreshed anything in the vendor blueprints at base and hell, I would love doing the rogue thing and wouldn't mind dying as rogue or hunter if it didn't cost over an hours worth of grinding when you die. That's the most frustrating thing about the DZ... I know they are changing how the DZ is played in an upcoming update but they need some updates/adjustments soon or I won't want to play very much
i like pvp. but i dont like being forced into it. So i am one of those just farming guys. The division has become a real let down. As you said , there doesnt seem to be a point..you just grind to grind.
I totally agree. I finished the game, ranked up to level 30 and then finished upgrading my base and now what? Go to the dark zone for a chance of getting a better weapon or mods, for what reason? there is no end game, it just continues, an endless cycle of getting stuff. Or am I missing something? You have a gold backpack or a gold kneepads, can you see them on your player, can anyone see them? I have played this from day one and 3 weeks later am like, what else is there to do?
this is exactly what i tried to explain the other day, ther's no content currently in the game that require any kind of hard core min/maxing, and this seems to be their general game design direction and not something that they overlooked, they want to peoples to play the game not go hardcore on numbers like other mmo's like wow its good thing when you look at it, but in the other hand it make loot extremely meaningless, peoples will leave the game very fast if they dont add challenging content with meaningful rewards
I feel you on the salt zone. The people I play with get wayyyy too salty when we run into rogues. Meanwhile I'm having to level up a second character so that I can go rogue myself, BY myself so that I don't make my friends mad. I just want to have fun and take being killed as a little smack on the cheek for not being good enough to survive. PvP is meant for death and destruction. Trust no one... Maybe that's why I have trust issues.
These are all valid points, but we also have to consider the fact that the game has just been released. It's not a final product. They will develop it continuously. I'm sure they will provide a much better endgame experience as time goes on. I've seen it before with other online games. I'm sure it will be the same here too.
I will agree that people hating on Rogue status is just sickening. It's part of the PvP experience so learn to be cautious and ready to retaliate or just don't go into the Dark Zone.
+Despina Vadamus Yea but some dudes are mad OP. Its not even fair and will just spread the high levels apart more. And the 1,000,000 NPC's per 5 ft doesn't help with lower level guys.
for all of those that don't wan't to read it all: Tomorrow, a new patch will increase rewards for surviving rogue status and killing rogues. Anyone dying in DZ will not lose as much. Higher lvl DZ enemies will give more phoenix credits, high end weapons, and more division tech. Chests will drop superior (purple gear) instead of specialized (blue gear) and key chests can drop high ends. Named enemies in challenge modes will drop better gear.
That lack of endgame content is one reason why I am not rushing to lvl30. I am lvl20 now and I take my time to loot the phone etc. and finish all missions available.
I guess I can see both sides of the rogue debate. If you're in there grinding to get the gear you haven't acquired yet, it can be really frustrating to hit a busy DZ and not be able to get your loot out, especially if you don't have a team to play with. On the other side, once you get all the gear you've been searching for, going rogue is pretty fun. So, my stance is I try to leave the people extracting (if they have low gear scores, post-1.1 patch). But, if I'm running around the 161+ DZ, I figure anything goes.
I know this video was probably edited and rendered before the patch notes release, but I know they've addressed a good deal of issues with loot, DZ xp loss, dailies and higher level mobs in the DZ dropping higher end gear more often, so we may get to see some decent ilvl 31 items dropped in the DZ that aren't currently available through crafting :) Still a lot of work to be done for end game stuff but it's getting there! For those unaware the patch will be implemented during the 3 hour server maintenance tomorrow morning!
He really needs to get these share with the developers, these videos would be great for them to see because it seems like most of the community is in agreement with what he is saying.
Not to sure if this is fixed but since the stash crate is/(was) shared across accounts you can put in superior gear and sell it on your low lvl account, buy all the cheap weapons and gear from vendors and then stash it and log into your lvl 30 for crafting materials... it gets annoying but its easy.
In the darkzone, people need to stop complaining how rogues ruin their experience, going rogue has a risk reward, they took that risk. In addition, you can fight back too...Its not like their cheating...Going rogue is a part of the darkzone's background, rogue agents, desperate people, best loot. Although grinding gear is tedious I find it one of the reasons I come back to the game
Also agree. I personally like grinding cause I like seeing if I can complete my objective faster the next time and just get overall better at the game. Whether it's learning how ti mitigate recoil for specific weapons or learning new tactics. I still, and will continue to love this game simply cause I love the game play. I replayed missions in Rainbow 6: Vegas 2 & Splinter Cell for years cause I loved the game play. I can see myself doing that with this game as well
well made points. I really hope ubi implements more role differentiation and meaningful end game instances that aren't just old story missions. It's a little like early vanilla WoW, I hope. Great potential, but also the need for many improvements. Here's to hoping they will consistently update content for the better and for god's sake, fix the appearance / inventory blackout crap!
For me, I have no interest in the Dark Zone, but, especially with this recent patch, it is the only consistent and time wothy way to farm loot and phoniex credits, once you've done your daily stuff. In my opinion, if they were to do something with the PVE aspect for the regular game world that would let people at least have a decent way to farm that would open up the Dark Zone to be more worth it to go in there and do PVP. At this point I would either be going in there to farm PXC or DZR and one of those would be affected by someone else trying to do something that they would enjoy but it would be disrupting my experience in a way that, while I was aware would be a possiblity, but wasn't really something I was quite in the mood for at that time.
On your point about going rogue, there are several threads on reddit with people discussing why going rogue is simply not worth it due to the sheer lack of reward versus the risk. From my understanding, going rogue is supposed to be looked down upon in the DZ, since you are essentially betraying your fellow agents. That's why I don't think it's a true PvP arena.
I do agree the way you get end-game loot atm is not good, mob drops should be the ultimate way of getting the best items in the game, with crafted items being slightly better then an above-average drop. Also you shouldn't be able to get all the best loot within 2 weeks, just like in diablo, you're supposed to grind for months, and even then be able to slightly upgrade your gear.
The new patch helps, but I think the core points raised in this video still stand. The game needs more variety and options in the end game content. NG+ in the open world PvE area would be pretty welcomed. That could be turned into a pretty fun area where you could re-do side quests on hard/challenge mode levels solo or with a friend. The game could probably also benefit from a mode level higher than challenging(like Diablo 3 torment levels). Though we'd probably need gear score put into the game first to limit who could PUG in those higher modes. In any event, it feels like the game has a solid base to build on. It doesn't feel like the core of the game is broken, it just needs tweaks and additions which should all be pretty doable for the dev team.
I recalibrated my chestplate and was given the option to choose which perk I want to calibrate the armor into. So it's not RNG in that instance, I don't know whether that's the case for that item/class of item but that was a surprise to me. I think the RNG only happens during crafting not recalibrating
I love your videos MarcoStyle, one thing you usually do that you did not do here was to point out a problem with the game and then offer your opinion on how to "fix" it. Your recommendations are usually pretty reasonable, but I noticed this time you pointed out the problem but no suggestion on how to make it any better. Do you think it might be worth doing a follow-up video sometime with some possible ways to make end game feel more like you are accomplishing something, making progress towards a goal instead if the "scraping together penny's for the fruit machine jackpot" feeling we get now? Maybe like, you can lock in multiple stats, but each one costs 5x the price or even more? What about the ability to Craft phoenix credits out of division tech, and craft division tech out of dark zone funds? Just some ideas, I'm sure you can come up with better ones!
+MarcoStyle | The Division Videos The problem ive seen with PVP is lag and sometimes your damage is not being calculated and then it turns out you've been dead the whole time, The 3rd person cam needs to be worked on it lets you shoot though walls without coming out of cover. It seems they didnt really love into something like that and if they end up fix the problems like that then i feel more people will go rouge, also the fact your name is a big ass red block is a turn off for me
***** hey Marco you the reason I went and I bought the division I'll be watching you videos on the division from day one thank you Reply back to me my name is Pedro
great video. you make very good points and I was always wondering what the percent would be to get a specific item like that. I just create stuff and edit my abilities to what I get lol.
Thing is, going rogue is a part of the game that isn't necessary. You can choose to go rogue or not. It's not like the game will crash or uninstall itself if you don't go rogue. You don't HAVE to go rogue. Sure, the option is there, but it's just that, an option.
the high end fabric needed is off by alot since you get two materials back each time you deconstruct. In fact it should only be two more as you only need those two extra when you finally get the backpack you want
Surely the level 30 cap will be increased at some point in the future? Won't that just nullify all the level 31 items, because you'll then be questing for level 32 items and so on...
They should add deathmatches for this game. Everyone vs everyone in some mall or something, or team deathmatches with 2v2, 3v3 or 4v4s. There's plenty of good spots for PVP in this game, the visual experience has been amazing. Dark Zone is an adrenaline rush but it's like you say, most avoid the PVP or try rogue-baiting if they do anything at all.
+Rockiest Mantis No. If you want deathmatch games you already have Battlefield, Battlefront, Call of Duty, Uncharted and GTA. The Division is doing something new, finally.
I agree with the comment about the dark zone. I don't see the point of attacking other players currently. it is not fun nor rewarding. above anything else they broke the system by not allowing friendly fire. That would bring some nice drama and tension in the team. But if you want more fight, there is a very simple tweak. Take the content of the DZ bag and show it above the head of the player via simple icons. watch what happens then
Recently, Ive found some group of people to run with for the long term, their rule was, if you see anyone, just drop them, whether they have loot or not. It doesnt matter if we get dropped xD We just do not do any of those checkpoint camping shit, im not a pro or anything and I definitely get dropped in 1v1s. Just got our first salty message yesterday.
Even after farming enough Crafting materials, the real struggle is farming division tech for crafting your stamina or electronics Gloves, Vest and Holster or specific blueprint weapons from the darkzone. Im starting to lean towards a tanky build, stamina and armor with hp regen. Very hard to get all this on items. :(
+MarcoStyle Since the release of the game, I've enjoyed watching a lot of the videos that you have posted up; from tips & tricks to perspectives on the type of game that the Division has turned out to be. Thanks for putting up such insightful videos that both display how much fun the game can be and how it can also be improved. I sincerely hope that Ubisoft Massive pays attention to what you have to say, because it is well thought out and presented (i.e. the lottery like grinding of the endgame). I find myself thoroughly enjoying the game - it's very simple and fun. That being said, I know that if changes aren't made to the endgame, I find that I will eventually drop it altogether. I feel that if the developers of this game took to heart what you have gone through lengths to present, that they are fully capable of improving on the endgame elements! Please keep up the great work :D
The game should not require extra phoenix credits to re roll a stat twice. Instead the game should make you pay the 30 for one stat with a re-re-roll of that stat at a cost of 10 or 15. Then make the second stat re-roll cost more like 50-100 phoenix credits.
+BA Productions this would speed up the gear progress while at the same time making you have to farm whether it is for crafting materials or phoenix credits
All of this wouldn't be in vain if they just added PvP Game modes.Yes I realize the dark zone is PvP, but it would barely compare to some multiplayer game modes like TDM or king of the hill. Cant believe they missed the potential of this. I hope they add it soon
New patch addresses many of your concerns. The game is only a few weeks old - its more of an MMO than anything else, and things will be adjusted and improved.
I think my issue with the dark zone is they kind of force you into it. I admit I'm not a huge fan of PvP and the fact they kind of force you to go there to farm items(since as you said it's the best way) is why I don't like it. If you could farm just as easily outside in PvE it would be a different story so you can't. They need a seperate PvP area purely for PvP because when you have this area that is the best place to farm well...people are just gonna want to farm and having people kill you is annoying. just my opinion.
Marco, great video. I agree with you in 100%, however I love this game and somehow it is still addictive. But what about possible solutions? You have some ideas? I think that devs should let us calibrate more stats (all of them?), pay in normal or DZ credits for calibration and increase the amount of parts we extract from weapons / gadgets. Maybe you could prepare some video about your ideas?
One of the major problems that there is no retaliation mode, where you can have a payback for the guy who killed you and not get rogue yourself. I think rogues make the game more exciting, and I think massive made a good decision easing it up.
marco je kunt je gear kalibiseren (kiezen welke perks je wilt hebben op je gear ) alleen al door je gear te kalibiseren kun je net iets meer schade - health krijgen
I knew the Division would not live up to the hype whatsoever but I was still hoping for more. I don't think I will be buying anything from Ubisoft till they can get it together. I'm sooo glad I didn't have to pay full price for this game and didn't get suckered into buying the season pass day one.
i actually think the loot system is all right, apart from the part where gear in the dark zone is pointless. i think they have a good balance of RNG though. with destiny it is complete RNG, you might never get an item. but with the division you can buy blueprints. the RNG then comes with how good the item is. it might not be the best but you still have that item
If you put it in to perspective though; you are probably part of the die-hard 1% who want to get the most perfect gear in the game. Which is okay, but that should be hard to get right? Otherwise everybody is OP in the game. Maybe it's to hard right now, but nevertheless, most "normal" players are very happy to get the amount of yellows you have.
+Rub Gee I was about to say this exact thing. Coming from an MMORPG background of FFXI, XIV and so on the grind is real and 99% of the time there is no purpose to owning that rocking set other than being able to do it faster and better than you were able to before, or if you're vain- to be seen doing it faster and better than others. One of the biggest issues I have is that they nerfed the Pheonix credit drops JUST before I started to be able to get them. So now there are two entirely different populations of people in the game, the group who got a decent amount of yellow and pheonix before then and are able to farm MUCH better because of it, and the rest who are just now catching up to DZ30+ who now have to fight in a Dark Zone controlled by comparatively well geared people. And despite what +Marcostyle might think, doing Challenging in all purple is not an time-reasonable option.
I believe it will change with free update mission coming soon. Right now they want us all geared up to be able to do stuff later on. Also it doesn't give anyone chance to own in DZ. Soon enough we will all have awesome dps and hp. I think once the free mission comes out better gear may also. It's still so early and lots can be added in once we are all endgame ready. With there being a gear rating to get in the new mission. I believe we have much more stronger gear coming. So gear up and have fun! Cheers Jedhigh
They said special vendors will change their stock very soon in the State of the Game twitch show this morning. I however 100% agree with you with what you just said. they should increase level cap to 32 if they do decide to remake the loot system.. I kinda liked it more when i was levelling and purples where super rare but not that rare because you can buy them from vendors,, and blues were like how purples are at end game with an occasional purple here and there
I actually have no problem with people going rogue, in fact I think it adds a great sense of danger that most games lack. What I find issue with is the blatant griefing that some are doing since the new patch hit. DZ rank 77 or higher camping the entrances to the dark zone? Some would argue that rank means little since it only gets you faster gold drops but if you are just starting out in the Dark Zone, hoping to farm some bosses or do some pvp, you have ZERO chance against a guy fully decked out in Item level 31 gear. What are your thoughts here? I'm hoping they institute some sort of anti griefing mechanic. Kill the same guy over and over again and you get nothing from killing him. Make it a minute timer or what not. Hell you can even add a restriction so that if they attack you back before the minute is up they can kill you again and get full loot/exp/credits again. Another change they need is to add auto turrets to the DZ entrances that gun down rogue agents in one shot. Just my 2 cents.
This game right now is basically a third person cover shooter Diablo 3. You fight the same enemies over and over again for loot that you salvage for materials to make crafted pieces (depending on class and item slot). I love Diablo therefore don't mind this at all. I also feel some of these "issues" of only crafting the best gear will be remedied once the raids and other end game content gets released. Then it may be a mix of drop / craft gear to get the best results-once again Diablo 3.
Great vid Marco. I think you should bring up recalibration. Having to spend 30 pc to recal seems too high. Why even use pc's for high end items anyway. After you get all high end gear, there is literally no use for regular credits. It would make more sense for high end items to use regular credits, if not more to balance it out.
Hey marco could you make a video on gun variants? like "first wave" "black market" "police" and such, I know it might not be that important and useful for gameplay but I believe it is an interesting topic and would make for a different video!

+JLPuffums Yeah, people doesnt understand that the game is aiming at adding story progression over years. Some people should just stick to cod.
Yep I have good gear and taking it slow while waiting for next month new content. Just do not understand ppl think there no content.

They need to do some kind of PVP arena or something. 4 V 4 teams games would be awesome. Then the gear grinding would be worth it.

When a shooter got more grind than a Korean MMO you know something went wrong...
I think they should add a Halo Warzone type mode where it's open massive pvp battles with NPC's in the mix .
i think the new patch will help the game be "loot based" more. all the point you talked about the kind of covered in the new patch. not entirely, i know. but they reacted fast ( Massive ) and that is good tbh.
Marco you are probably the best Division UA-cam 'journalist' out there. Keeping it real :) GG man! great work, keep it up :)
lots of good points Marco! Hopefully they can tweak some things with updates to keep the fun going before it becomes tedious.
Completely agree Marc. Starting to get worried with the game after spending all my time scrapping for these phoenix creds and materials.
The Incursions will hopefully offer that challenge that people are looking for.
I know they are changing how the DZ is played in an upcoming update but they need some updates/adjustments soon or I won't want to play very much
It is the same Problem that Diablo III had when it launched. Too bad they did not learn from that extreme randomness on items is stupid.
You're amazing UA-camr! Just recently found your channel and thank goodness I found it
i like pvp. but i dont like being forced into it.
Literally just bought this game and it is downloading. I was on the fence and what made me want it was my friends got it. So excited to play it.
Keep in mind the incursions which are free DLC which will require four man Mac levels teams with some pretty powerful gear.
this is exactly what i tried to explain the other day, ther's no content currently in the game that require any kind of hard core min/maxing, and this seems to be their general game design direction and not something that they overlooked, they want to peoples to play the game not go hardcore on numbers like other mmo's like wow
its good thing when you look at it, but in the other hand it make loot extremely meaningless, peoples will leave the game very fast if they dont add challenging content with meaningful rewards
Maybe that's why I have trust issues.
in the end of the vid you survive rogue and get 355 DZ credits LESS THAT YOU GET FROM 1 PvE kill.
+lunarctic cs:go but he took some of the credits of every other guys he killed !
well that just made it al lot better uheuheuhueuhe AirOne1333
hehehe
Completely agree though odds are 100 times worse if you factor in getting a max primary (like firearms on a weapon). May as well be impossible.
for all of those that don't wan't to read it all: Tomorrow, a new patch will increase rewards for surviving rogue status and killing rogues.
Well it sounds pretty good on paper so far! We can only hope! :D
He really needs to get these share with the developers, these videos would be great for them to see because it seems like most of the community is in agreement with what he is saying.
Marco you are doing a great job i always agree with you hopefully they made some change in the futur. There is a lot potentiel in this game
I pulled caduceus from the fumes exploit yesterday, and I felt very rewarded.
Agreed man
I can see myself doing that with this game as well
the problem is going rouge is not worth it. Literally no one in the 30 lvl dz go rouge
well made points.
My only issue is getting high end division tech....that stuff is like finding the holy grail. and you need a lot of it.
Hey Marco, with which software do you record your PC footage? It would help me a lot, and I would appreciate it. Thanks!
It seems they didnt really love into something like that and if they end up fix the problems like that then i feel more people will go rouge, also the fact your name is a big ass red block is a turn off for me
***** hey Marco you the reason I went and I bought the division I'll be watching you videos on the division from day one thank you
Reply back to me my name is Pedro
great video. you make very good points and I was always wondering what the percent would be to get a specific item like that. I just create stuff and edit my abilities to what I get lol.
May I ask why you're using the converted smg? Isn't the vector better?
It has a bigger magazine size?
Maybe he found one with awesome stats.
No, just no
Yes, just yes!
+Rockiest Mantis No. If you want deathmatch games you already have Battlefield, Battlefront, Call of Duty, Uncharted and GTA. The Division is doing something new, finally.
+Cynt3r having more modes is a good thing. You wouldn't have to play that mode if you didnt want to
Open PvP is the thing that brings me to the game. If people cant undestand how it works maybe they should come back to Destiny.
+TheSkyline9999 Because they are not of the PC Master Race.
"Salt Zone" 10/10
I agree with the comment about the dark zone. I don't see the point of attacking other players currently. it is not fun nor rewarding. above anything else they broke the system by not allowing friendly fire. That would bring some nice drama and tension in the team. But if you want more fight, there is a very simple tweak. Take the content of the DZ bag and show it above the head of the player via simple icons. watch what happens then
Recently, Ive found some group of people to run with for the long term, their rule was, if you see anyone, just drop them, whether they have loot or not. It doesnt matter if we get dropped xD
We just do not do any of those checkpoint camping shit, im not a pro or anything and I definitely get dropped in 1v1s.
Please keep up the great work :D
great vid and solid facts! liked and subbed!
"I think the Dark Zone will quickly turn into the Salt Zone or something"
REKT, utterly rekt.
The game should not require extra phoenix credits to re roll a stat twice. Instead the game should make you pay the 30 for one stat with a re-re-roll of that stat at a cost of 10 or 15. Then make the second stat re-roll cost more like 50-100 phoenix credits.
+BA Productions this would speed up the gear progress while at the same time making you have to farm whether it is for crafting materials or phoenix credits
well i guess we've got something to grind for
All of this wouldn't be in vain if they just added PvP Game modes.Yes I realize the dark zone is PvP, but it would barely compare to some multiplayer game modes like TDM or king of the hill. Cant believe they missed the potential of this. I hope they add it soon
battle royal in Brooklyn? ? ? won't even charge you 39.99 you can have that for free ubi you need all the help u can get....
They need a versus mode, something like last team standing wins, a battleroyal
Marco, great video. I agree with you in 100%, however I love this game and somehow it is still addictive. But what about possible solutions? You have some ideas? I think that devs should let us calibrate more stats (all of them?), pay in normal or DZ credits for calibration and increase the amount of parts we extract from weapons / gadgets. Maybe you could prepare some video about your ideas?
nice vid as always marco shame massive doesn't have a clue what they want there game to be.....was really looking forward to this title ....
Great video once again!
This video must have taken awhile to make you sir deserve more subs
Who cares what they say, going rogue is awesome and you have to have balls to go rogue. I praise you man haha
i actually think the loot system is all right, apart from the part where gear in the dark zone is pointless. i think they have a good balance of RNG though. with destiny it is complete RNG, you might never get an item. but with the division you can buy blueprints. the RNG then comes with how good the item is. it might not be the best but you still have that item
I got the vector today so thanks for making this clear
+MC Mickey yeah i think a vid about this would be interesting
