I had multiple of the same dream where i was in the backrooms and it was fucking horrific. I saw friends dying in front of me left and right. I vividly remember running away of a giant creature and seeing someone get crushed to death and someone else get impaled and pulled away to hear them scream and die. It was pure hell. I also have some nice dreams too!🥰
change your diet, I lost around 7 kg in last 2-3 weeks. I used to have problems with dreams. I still have problems with sleep, but it only means arriving to your destination ie being healthy is even better than you can imagine.

Concept to teach would be to place oneself in other people's shoes to try to understand a bit of a certain situation. 50/50 since its ok being selfish as long as it is trying our best to take care of your mind/body/life from negative surroundings, then that is fine.
