Your description of referring language was my A-HA moment that made me realize exactly how to write and structure my literature review. Your videos are lifesavers!
You are life saver Chelsea, i watched this 3 months ago, i came back again you are really appreciated with this hard work you did,you deserve appreciations with this hard working of yours.
I got an A+ on my first literature review thanks to your tutorial! It was amazing and easy to follow! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your knowledge!
Hello, this tutorial is by far the most efficient at covering most facets of a college level literature review. Thank you for your upload. It would help me considerably if you could guide me to which structure type and sources organization I should follow for a stand alone literature review on the benefits of mindfulness for depression and/or anxiety. I have an outline with subsections/topics on different techniques/interventions like MBCT, MBSR, gratitude and self-compassion respectively. Afterwards, there's sections on enhanced well being and mood. I do believe this may fall under thematic but would a problem/solution/example, question-and-answer or compare & contrast work best? Many thanks.
Thank you. The example at the end showing the transitions and language of affirmation was a great help in writing a literature review for a college assignment.
Thank you so much for this video. I have been stuck for a week now not knowing how to move forward with writing my literature review on health promotion. I have been so lost and now, this video just helps a ton!
Thank you so much! You made my life so easy, I now have the confidence to write and present my literature review! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ by the way I am a masters student in France I have no previous knowledge in academic work or literature review this my first and I am so glad I found you.
I am a final year undergrad. This video is absolutely what I needed. I was actually stocked trying to write a review for my project. Thank you so much.
Thank you so very much! I am finding all of your videos helpful! You provide valuable insight that professors don't have have the time to provide. Thanks!
Hello, I found this video awesome and too good to start writing a literature review. I am in the process of writing my ADP literature review for my DBA program. Thank you so much for all your informative presentations.
Remarkable wonder at the super exposure in terms of literature review's featured snippets are laconically indeed at larger extend. Quite super Soundararajan
You are amazing! You are a very talented young woman. You have a gift for teaching. I have learned so much from your videos!! Thank you for what you do!!!
It is wonderful. My question is that is it possible for one to have problem, history and solution to the problem at the same literature review as yiu have said from the first one for instance?
Thanks for the video Chelsea! Is anyone else having trouble accessing the the PDF template for the literature review? It just brings me to a wait list page... maybe I'm missing something.
If the course Instructor requested that the second part to the Literature Review on a Human Rights issue should be a recommendation to related International HR Institutions, then should that recommendation be a part of the Conclusion section, go before it or after it? Thank you for the awesome tutorial!
Hi, I’m in the process of writing my lit review. Would appreciate if you can answer my question regarding in text citation. My question is, in accordance to apa 7th Ed, is it necessary to put the year of publish whenever I refer to author? For instance, smith (2020) indicates…. Also, Smith (2020) illustrates… thus, Smith (2020) concludes… so do I need to put the year all the time? By the way, you’ve been very helpful to my assignments. Thank you in advance!
Hi Chelsea, I have to write a literature review based on employee engagement. My research company is about Google. So when it comes to research about literature reviews, does all the literature reviews has to relate to Google company only ?
So this really depends on your literature review and what the purpose is. If you are performing a chronological literature review, you can go back as far as you see fit. If you simply mean "in general" what is considered an outdated source - I always say 8/10 years back is as far as I would go to be considered a credible/timely source
Currently, I am a doctoral student and I am writing the second chapter of my dissertation which is the literature review. This tutorial is extremely well done. It is clear with examples that make sense. I greatly appreciate your passion and clear communication skills. Thank you for giving me hope that I can finally complete my literature review.
This comment just raised my anxiety that a doctoral student didn't know how to write their dissertation. How were we ever supposed to learn this stuff?
My Goodness Chelsea I was looking for someone to give me further explanation about this, I came across you. It was wonderful. I will never be far from you. I will never imagine how helpful these contents are. Jesus!
I have watched a lot of videos already but nothing compares to how much this video has helped me to understand more about literature review. Thank you so much! 😭
This is absolutely an AMAZING tutorial, Chelsea. Thank you so much ! Even though my lit. review is going to be longer than this(1500-1800 words with at least 10 sources), what you showed us is a great example and a guide. I loved how you done the work step by step with every single detail. Keep up the fantastic work !
@@saidiadeyemi2052 I guess the number of sources depends on many things such as the word count, availability of related sources, expectations of your supervisor and the depth of your work. I think for example, for a master's dissertation, 15-25 sources would be okay in literature review section. My supervisor was more interested in the quality of the sources and how i make my points by using those sources than the number of sources.
This is incredibly helpful. Although my professor did not require an annotated bibliography, I used it as a tool to organize my resources which allowed me to write my paper very quickly. Thank you!
You have helped me a great deal with formatting my papers and helping to structure them. Also, you are fun to watch and have great energy that sucks the viewer in so they actually learn what it is that they are supposed to do for the assignment.

Hi! I know this video was posted so long ago, but I’m hoping you’ll see this. Is the structure of intro, problem, evidence, solution, still used when discussing the link between something like psych well-being and time in nature? This is the one thing that’s been confusing me 😭

How many sources are ideal in writing literature review. Because this 2 page example definitely not enough for a real project work.
