Bella Heart, Age 10, sings Defying Gravity for Children's Home Society

  • Bella is a young singer, dancer, actor and community activist. She performs to benefit children facing adversity.
    Bella began public appearances at the age of 19 months when she spoke before 400 people at the 2nd Annual Helping Turn Lives Around Luncheon fund raiser for Children's Home Society.
    She modeled for advertising pieces including a Mother's Day direct mail appeal for Children's Home Society.
    Bella appeared in Fiddler on the Roof, Jr., Annie Jr., Once Upon a Mattress, Jr., Once on this Island, Jr. and Madeline's Christmas. She had an audition with America's Got Talent in Tampa, Florida. She appeared as "Duffy" in "Annie" to record-breaking, sold-out performances.
    She was featured as the Chidren's Home Society Success Story for 2012. She drove the audience to tears with her performance of "Defying Gravity" and the event raised over $40,000 for the I. Lorraine Thomas Children's Emergency Shelter to assist abused and neglected children.
    Starlent Performing Arts, impressed with her peformance and philanthropic effort, awarded her a performing arts scholarship to continue her training. Bella was honored to be nominated for Jr. Captain of the 2012 Fort Lauderdale Boat Parade by Children's Home Society.
    In 2013, she released "Hey Mickey" on iTunes and performed on the steps of Florida's Capitol for Children's Week, an event bringing thousands to the Capitol to address issues facing Florida's children.
