I watch night routines and dream sometimes. :) I do tell my students staying at school would be so much easier than going home. My husband is in the military, so similar to your husband, he's gone a lot. His time spent now is either off with the ship or on a 4 day rotation (which I guess is better than 3 this time around). So, usually I'm left to cook, pick up from school, pick up from wrestling and cheer and recently, my oldest got a car and her license situated so she's able to drive herself to and from college (yay!, she graduated at 16 btw!) Yesterday, one of my 15 yo twin sons had a bout of allergy conjunctivitis and missed school, so after I got off I picked up the others, picked up my grocery order, ran him to the doc for a school note, then took my youngest to her friends out for trick or treating. Then, my boys to their friends house by the beach. Picked up a prescription. Had dessert with my oldest at Chili's while waiting until time to pick them up and got home by 9:20. I would like to say yesterday was out of the ordinary, but that's how it usually goes. Monday-Thursday anyway. I am super grateful for my children, but running around after a long day of 2nd graders is a lot at 42 year old. :)
Nala when you home being so happy to see you was just so precious!!! But also Mia and Nala are both cute!! I loved watching your night routine but also loved seeing that part of your anniversary journal was just so cute!!! Love you Madison!!
Love nighttime routines! I’m the same way about my classroom I need to leave it clean so I can come in to it clean. Otherwise I feel like I don’t start the day off on a good note. I also moved 5min away from my school (out in St. Charles) this summer and it’s been so nice since I used to commute from south county. I’d love to see an update sit down video just talking about how your year has been going and how you like your new school and kindergarten!
Aww your welcome. I enjoy watching your videos from the beginning. OMG how cute are you and Kyle are in your dating years. love that you shared that ❤❤❤
Okay, I’ve recently been wanting to become a teacher, I’ve always been wanting to but nowadays from what I’ve heard, it’s not easy. It’s stressful, there’s a lot of pressure, the kids are bad, ect…and Ofcorse you have the teacher shortage. I’m just stuck now because I feel like I would love it and you make teaching seem so fun. Is teaching at an elementary school easier because kids are younger and not that bad lol…is teaching REALLY as bad as everyone says. I would love for some insight!
