oh god this sounds so traumatic I'm so sorry you got taken advantage of this way. Thank you for sharing your story, though - hopefully it will help other young ED sufferers handle media attention or at least feel less alone. When you get the chance, could you link the NEDA guidelines in the description? It sounds like something everyone should be aware of.

You are truly brave for sharing your story! It is a shame and quite horrific that people can use platforms like Skype etc. for all kinds of nefarious things, especially those that target children and teens! I hope you are doing alright and that speaking publicly about your personal experience you had with these perverts has lifted you up and made you stronger! ^..^

man that is fucked up. glad this [likely] didn’t get produced. sorry you had to go through it. dude sounds like a fuckin creep and it’s terrifying tbh bc it’s *scary* how many fake accounts there are on pro ana sites that are actually old men with anorexia fetishes (i know, cringeworthy, but real). luckily i was never on any of those sites and my lowest weights only had features on my social media and not at all in bikinis or anything but there are so many sick girls and boys preyed upon in those forums, tumblrs, sites without even knowing it cuz they pose as other disordered eaters just to get close and see pictures and hear stories and it’s just disgusting and that’s what Robert reminded me of, that’s what “his” eating disorder story gave me the vibe of. i dunno. it’s just sketch and i’m glad you got out of it when you did and contacted your therapist. i would just be creeped out to know this guy had a whole recordered intimate interview of me stashed on their computer even after all of it and even/especially if it wasn’t being used (much creepier when it’s private.) but i think they’re still worth making a complaint about somewhere, anywhere, even if anonymous and private, to somehow warn others or prevent it from happening as the damage may look minimal but mental damage caused by them can be massive. you deserved better and deserved not to feel disgusted with yourself or your body thanks to some creep and be taken advantage of by people who said they wanted to feature you in something that have an overall good purpose. seemed more selfish than anything else to me. you’re awesome and i’m glad you’re still recovering strong after it all hunnny. you’re beautiful! xx
Oh my gosh I am so so sorry that this happened! I’ve had something kind of similar happen I don’t understand how someone can do this to anyone! Let alone someone with body dysmorphia!! Hugs
