Awesome that you do these tour videos. It was from the stateline fireworks video in NH I got a look around before ever setting foot in the store. In the few years since the video was made it hasn't changed much at all in there. :) I recommend it to those who want to avoid the buy one get one free scam.
My favorite part of the 4th is going to the firework tents and containers with my son talking about fireworks and window shopping then do the same exact thing the next day

Great video like always ! fuse prices have gone insane , I Paid $5 for any type of 20 foot fuse in 2020, this year around me I have got it for 7.99 and 9.99 , but 15 for fuse is crazy !! Hoping firework prices stabilize next year or the average Pyro is going to suffer!
You should come on down to elite fireworks supercenter in Houston Texas they have a crazy amount of shells they have their own product line and I think they’re the only certified cobra retailer
Haha I was just at Elite firework's on the 25th, the day after that opened for the season. I live up in the woodlands and they are literally the cheapest place around. I been seeing the same 24 packs of 5 inch 60 gram canister shells at the firework's stands for $30-$80 more, and I can believe some of these prices at the stands this year. I won't go near them. They are charging 170 dollars for a 16,000 count roll off firecrackers. I can go to elite and pay 130 or even hop on top American wholesale fireworks and pay $95 for an 18,000 count role. Sadly elite is above and beyond all the competition now and the firework stands are not worth it anymore and I love supporting small mom and pop businesses but not at those prices....
I got to tell you the prices on the fireworks were actually not too bad but the fuse prices are absolutely ridiculous everywhere. We used to pay $5 a roll for this stuff. Great video and great hookup with 319 pyros. That was awesome 💥👍👍

Hopefully you were able to pickup some nice items from the Iowa Fireworks Farm as they got a lot to choose from! I got to ask, what did you think of the prices in this store as I went so early I did not get to see what they had for prices on most items compared to other stores in the area and in the Midwest?
If I knew you were going early, I would have tried to make it up there when you were there! Maybe we can work something out at another store. Their selection is fantastic. I'm seeing retail prices up just about everywhere, so it's been hard to judge. For the area, they are cheaper or on par. Definitely cheaper than some of the neighboring states minus Missouri (which I feel like is the cheapest state for retail fireworks).

Seems to be very fair pricing compared to other around the country. For some unique effects, give the Koto shells a shot. You won't be disappointed.💪🏽💪🏽🤙🏽

Very comparable to some stores in Missouri. Been there twice, will probably stop in again. Maybe to pick up that new ignite system. 😁

Wholesale ordering has ruined my expectations on prices those are really high case prices.. and I know fireworks are still new to the state of Iowa legally anyway but wow. And on another note are you gunna come to boomtown in vinton again it was nice to see you there last time..
I’m getting concerned… none of the local tents are posting up this year. And the ones that are up have no product at all. I talked to the guy at jakes fireworks warehouse and he says the containers are on the way. He barely had anything. 😐
Yeah none of my local tents are popping up either. Several of the local stores are still waiting for inventory, so who knows. That's one of the things with the pricing we are seeing that a lot of people are not quite understanding yet, the shortage and changes to shipping costs have definitely affected pricing and availability. A lot of the wholesalers are already sold out too, which just points to people buying early and the shortage, which is only going to further drive up prices.
See that's the problem. All of the firework stores/tents that carry one or two brands are either not open this year or only have limited product as not many fireworks have come in for each brand throughout the country. But stores like this one "Iowa Fireworks Farm" which carry many brands can have a fully stocked store as they get 50-100 cases form each brand to fill this giant store. So the best shopping will be done in the firework stores that carry many brands!

Jake's hasn't been selling wholesale to clubs and even some stores they don't have enough product and are saving what they have for their retail outlets and a few preferred customers

Consumer license in IL is not hard to get. Of course, then you'll need permit and insurance too. Still not that bad, but it's worth noting.
