The IT dept is so strict on IT returns of employes whise taxes are deducted every month from their slaries.these case sust be exempted from filing the returns.
Govt should extend the last date by 15th August,24.We are hard pressed as it is difficult to find tax paying staffs,more for senior citizens who can not chase for advocates.Please extend the date.
IT Portal is not working from Saturday and thousands of complaints are raised; but still the site is down. They should extend for whomsoever has raised a complaint stating that IT portal is not working.

If I pay extra tax they give back at 6 percent interest, but if I pay less they charge double 12% interest. I feel like such a fool paying taxes as in India, taxpayers should be treated as VIPs not tax evading politicians

They should atleast extend the deadline till Sep-30th for salaried employees since they are TDS.
