1: If we die we need to start again from the start.
2: We have to beat either the main game or wastelanders campaign.
3: Game can be completed on a private or public world.
4: No restrictions of legendaries or powerful items.
5: No trading or buying items with other characters.
6: No accepting rewards from the Season.
7. No Legendary Perks until the slot has been earned at level 50.
8. No XP Buffs with Lunchboxes.
9. Death from glitches do NOT count.

The Whitesprings golf club building is the best place to go for special mole miners whenever the event is running. I've come across 5 at once there a few times.

The mutations you want to buy are 4,600 caps each.
So you need 1,600 more caps before you can buy marsupial.
I'm not a fan of the Brotherhood. Never have been. *But* I love your play through. Very enjoyable to watch.

There is at least one kind of Ebclave Event at Harper's Ferry, but it's understandable you don't want to risk that one on this kind of playthrough. There's Monongah right next next to Atlas, Welch and Mole Miner Central (forget what it's called - the southernmost train station in the Ash Heap) - the latter ones both for Enclave Events and good Treasure Hunter spawns.
You can hurt the Colliison Course SB, and it turns red, but it never attacked me and just ran off, as did all the other friendly ones I've seen elsewhere. I didn't have good enough weapons for it at the time.
You won't get notified when the E events come on. They're not public events, as they're specifically tied to your personal game progression. You have to check for them manually.
I'm looking forward to see if choosing "the wrong" encrypted data option will have *any* noticeable outcome in the story...

Wow, right at the beginning when you encounter the Slot and dead baby 🦥. I have never seen a Baby one in the game myself.

Open the event list on the map. Hit the right bumper and it’ll include all events including enclave. It’ll also list all player vendors. 😃

The retreat was always in the game. It was called Treehouse Village before Wastelanders if I am not mistaken.
