The preamp pedal does have built in cab sims. If you hold down the main pedal footswitch and the save button at the same time, the save button will begin to flash, this indicates the INBUILT cab sim of the preamp pedal is now active. So the 2nd cab sim pedal isn't absolutely necessary, but does offer extra versatility.
Fantastic! I just ordered both of these. Can’t wait! UPDATE (7 months later): These are both wonderful. So many sounds, and pretty easy to use. Worth it!
@@quiksilver78 Unfortunately I don't have those Joyos, though I do have others and really like them. From what I hear on UA-cam, which is always hard to tell as its so compressed, the Joyos could be great too. The Flamma's sounds are really good (to my ears). I run it ABY through two clean Katana 50s and it's lovely indeed! For $100 CDN, I'm super-happy with this and the Flamma Cab pedal too.
great demo !!! I own all the Flamma FS series pedals (full size)...and have them on what i call my Flamma board. I also have all the Flamma CS (compact size) distortions and overdrives, ect on the same board too. Flamma makes great affordable awesome sounding pedals.
I have the FS06 and I love this pedal, I bought the FS07 yesterday and waiting for it to arrive. This video helped me a lot. Congratulations and success to you.
Hey, since you got to test both, could you please share some key differences in the sound you noticed between the two? I'm not sure which one to get, and there aren't any youtube comparisson videos of the two yet. I know that you can load custom amp captures from other people on the Preamp X (x2), but this doesn't necessarily mean that it's emulation will sound better than the one on the FS06.
@@prosatanos1991 In my opinion the Mooer is version 2.0 of the Flamma. It does the same, sounds the same except you get a better selection of amps. You get the rectifier and the 800. I jammed through a Roland Street Cube in the instrument/mic side. I have this and the Strymon Iridium. The Iridium is awesome but limited. The X2 is just more fun in its versatility. You really have every amp you will ever need. Having two channels one clean and one dirty of each amp also makes it a winner. The only bad thing I can say is the one that will replace the X2 is going to be awesome. Hope that helps.
@@An2oine Awesome! Thank you for the insight, greatly appreciate it. I might be leaning toward getting the Preamp X2 to be honest, the ability to load different captures of the same amp may help me dial my tone more easily. I was looking for something that could simulate the JCM 800 in this price range, I love the sound of that amp. Never stop playing!
Thanks for really good demo. I’m confused with FS06, Preamp. That has cab sim already, so if you’re in my situation looking for good pedal amp, because my venue has small setup , no real amp, all guitars just straight to DI, Mixer- which one toget?. Currently I already got Zoom G3. Thanks!
Diese beiden Pedale sind ein hervorragendes Duo, der Sound ist hervorragend und die Möglichkeit immens. Will ich haben, schick sie mir Sascha😂😂😂. Super Video!!! 🎶🎼🎶🎼🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸✌️👍😉
Hi! I have Nux solid Studio, which doesn't have a preamp section. Solid Studio is a amp simulator Ir loader with cab sim. Do I need the flamma preamp? Would this give me a better sound?
I own the FS06 preamp which also has cab sims for each of its 7 amps. Do you think the aditional cab sim pedal is worth the upgrade? Will those 7 amps sound better with new cab sims? Thanks!
I haven’t tried the FS06 built in cab sims, but I am sure the FS07 will be a big upgrade. Just the fact that you can load your own IR‘s and being able to use it stereo is a huge benefit.
Hi there, Do you go from this pedal directly to your audio interface? Is this the way you recorded in a daw? Usually analog drive pedals sounds bad if we connect it to a sound card. How about this? Thx
Yes I recorded straight into the interface. The FS07 is a CAB/IR Loader, so you can connect that to your interface. And all drive pedals before the FS07
It sounded the same through the whole demo 😮 just kidding these are the only two flammer pedals I don't have I'm getting them thanks they are all worth the money

What do you think about the AC31 and Fender sounds? Better than the Joyo AC Tone and American Sound?

Flamma and Nux are killing the game nowadays!💣🎸🤘🏾
what is the diffrence between preamo and cab
Man these together sound great!
Off you go with another great video!!!! So good, Sascha!!! 👌🏻🔥🎸😊
Thank you Eva! :)
@@SRguitar my pleasure!!!!😊🎸🙌🏻🎶
I bought one but returned it to get a Mooer X2 preamp. Now I am searching for that instead

The "Latency" make me to buy this pedal 🔥.
Una pregunta espero me la respondas, como conectaría esos pedales a la consola?? Como y donde, osea en que entradas, por favor respondeme 😪

Happy you like the demo!
You will need both - except you already have a preamp pedal.
Very nice? i wish they could be controlled by a midi controller foot switch for ease of use in selecting cab and amp models.

Freut mich zu hören Klaus! Die Pedale klingen echt richtig gut 😊
Hello what do you mean by left (blue) and right (red)?
It's a stereo pedal, you can set 2 different cabinets and presets for the left and right side. ;)
Is it possible to make different cabinet impulses sound on the left and right channels or not? To simulate the game for two different cabinets?
yes
Wow. That is worth exploring.
I believe you need to set through the software what cab will be on each side.,
Dude i wonder how they sound on synthesizer, can you demo it?
Hey great demo and tutorial! So if I add a delay and reverb pedal, what would be their placement in the chain with these 2 pedals?
Если ещё не узнал, то педали модуляции и просто педали fx должны быть впереди преампа, перегрузы должны были до преампа
Boleh aku beli yang sudah di pake review
Does Flamma FS07 need a DI BOX or can it be plugged directly to the mixer for a live performance?
Direct
Do you think these pedals will work well with a Headrush 108?"
So these will be at the end of pedal chain respectively? Thanks
Yeah right, just like an amp would be :)
What are your thoughts about this combination over the Strymon Iridium Plexi emulation?
I never tried a Strymon Iridium, so I can't tell
@@SRguitar okay! Anyway, this combination sounds really good!
Hi from Brazil. Which one you suggest to buy if I can afford just one.
The o6.. Has a great amp Simulator! The Other Pedal is Not neccesary

Hi! I have Nux solid Studio, which doesn't have a preamp section. Solid Studio is a amp simulator Ir loader with cab sim. Do I need the flamma preamp? Would this give me a better sound?
The Nux does the same as this so no, the Nux is enough and arguably better as it has a DI out
Wat do u mean by DI out
@@daviedevendrachandradat6121 Balanced output so it can be run directly to front of house etc. without a DI box

@@SRguitar From what i read, i thought that when you engage the switch to red that is activating the cab on the FS06? Awesome vid by the way!
I heard stacking 2 cabs would even sound fuller
@@EqDior no, engaging the red switch is just the high gain channel, it's when the light is blinking that you're using the cab sim.

Flamma Fs06 or Mooer preamp x2?
Can't tell you about the Mooer but I just got the Flamma and it's good. I'm beginning to trust that brand.
