Forget whether Vlastuin got a knuckle on it or not, it wasn't a goal because it didn't cross the goal line. The whole ball has to cross the whole line which it didn't quite do by about 1cm. It bounced back in to the field of play it was still a live ball then went through for a point, that's why the goal umpire called point, he never called touched.

Never mind that they were a disaster for 30 years from the early '80s. How about giving them some respect for rebuilding into one of the great teams of the modern era who play an exciting attacking brand of football, and hating Geelong who have been there or thereabouts for 14 years straight? Joel Selwood's first game in 2007 was a 157 point victory over Richmond, then he went on to win the first 15 games he played in, and the grand final by 20 goals. I'm biased but I can't understand how more football fans don't just admire and respect the Tigers. I love teams who fight their way to the top and play great football. Anyone who thinks Richmond is getting caned next week has got no idea.
