- Here's a peek behind the scenes of how an haute couture collection is made. Many thanks to the team at Dior for having me poke around the atelier TWO DAYS before a show, and congratulations on an incredible collection.

So a Canadian television show called FashionTelevision, hosted by Jeanne Broker did this. It used to air on Canadian basic cable with updates from all the shows. There are old clips on UA-cam.
The movie first Monday in May .. and the Dior movie from when raf Simmons was there did this from his arrival at house to his first runway which was like 9 weeks away .. I hated him at Dior but loved the insight into the bigger houses

@@jorgem.9507 samuel, joseph sound jewish. Maybe he hate the man, but you should separate is craft. Galliano for Dior was flamboyant and epic, that's haute couture for me, but I quite like this collection.

My first fashion show that I watched on youtube was Christian Dior fall 2010 and the moment Karlie Kloss walking on stage with thunderstorms music background will always in my heart. Thank you Karlie and John Galliano for inspired me so much in fashion. Life is changing and I'm very happy to see you back at the house of Dior.

Karlie you are really developing a great style of interviewing in places few people get access. It is something to be proud of and you have made me rethink about the fashion. I like your questioning the sustainability and one time use garments. That is your upbringing. You really are taking to heart what you and Casey worked on. Keep grounded and keep up what you are doing. This is one of the best interviews you have done and made me appreciate what goes into a design. I just saw the ridiculous stuff worn at the Grammys and almost vomited at some of the one time use costumes worn.

I. Tot agree with Karly when You said that Fashion is so INTELLECTUAL. II. Any one who analyses the whole value chains of the Fashion will understand and see the real Research and Development Activities behind. The real and whole academic and artistic work behind. The accuracy of the design and how also the adoption of the Analytics-driven business model and technology will also transform the whole field. And even people that working in the atelier now the dressing like physicians in their laboratories and I love that. III. And also this consistent with what You've always dreamed about: Mix of Fashion and High-tech. The mix of Fashion and Research and Development. The mix of Fashion with Science.

Haute couture is truly an experience of art. ❤️❤️❤️❤️Nowadays we see so many copies of things and everything is manufactured so quickly in sweatshops that we have downgraded things handsewn. Couture and all the hours of handsewing are truly amazing.

Karlie towers over the other models like the goddesses described in Homer:--
