You helped tp inspire me to get in on 3D printing! Can't wait to reach your level someday! Good luck and glad to see your success grow with each vlog post!
Appreciate you watching thanks
That’s a lot of printers! Just out of curiosity, how much is your electricity bill for running all those printers 😮
When I had around 25 printers it was around $300/month
Wow!! CONGRATULATIONS!! it is incredible!!! thanks for buying it!
Thanks so much!!
Great setup! You must Bambu’s best customer.
Hahaha I wish.. need that discount!
Very interesting
Thanks
Really nice. Noise levels must be insane if every one is printing at the same time. I got my first ever printer 3 weeks ago - an Elegoo Neptune 4 Max - to help with my nephew's girlfriend's cosplay and my hobby. Love it but now I have 4 - 2 Bambu A1s and a regular Neptune 4. The Bambu A1 is amazing. I also pre-ordered the Saturn 4 Ultra resin printer - but resin printing scares me due to the toxicity.
I stay away from resin. Noise is... somewhat loud. Bambu lab noise reduction helps
Nice tour. But you should take care of the fire hazard. Many boxes are too close to the printers and you have not a single fire extinguisher. There are fire-extinguishing balls out there too, might be a good idea to have some of them?
I have 2 fire extinguishers around the space
Nice video !
Thanks!
That are a lot of printers. Im so happy with my A1, very noob friendly
Love the A1. Easy to use and super cost effective. Can't beat it
Awesome! Thanks for posting. Inspiring!
Follow for more!
That's awesome
Thanks!
Hey Dan, Have you found any resource for auto-ejecting pieces using the Bambu? I think this would be great for me to run continuous prints instead of manually reprinting the same job.
Nope haven't tried
Looking good
Thanks 👍
Id like a video of your operational process. So how do you manage all the printers. Do you login to your network remotely and just start prints as orders come in?
I have employees
Is vibration between printers on the same shelving system an issue? And how do you deal with the vibration if it is an issue? Great video. Thanks,
Vibration.. with fdm 3d printing is not always a bad thing
nice model
Indeed it is!
Awesome video ! Very inspiring as well! Might I ask how you found a commmercial space ? I would like to upgrade sometime in future
Just searched online and the zip code
What software are you using to send jobs to the Bambu printers?
Bambu slicer
@@Dancyn3Dprints thanks! I was wondering if there was any farm software for the Bambu printers yet
@@LockyourHubs4WDing 3DQue has farm software for Bambu (and others)
Great job. Where do you sell this stuff?
Online
@@Dancyn3Dprints I meant do you have a website or do you sell in market places?
looks a lot like my setup :D
Really? Would love to see it
I want to ask honest opinion does the A1 combo better than p1?
Better.. is hard to say. But cost wise you can't beat the price of the A1
What is your etsy store?
Same as my name here
This is awesome to see. Would love to know why you went with A1’s vs P1S vs X1C. I currently have 3 X1C’s and I’m not sure if I should buy more X1C’s or P1S’ and now you have me even considering A1’s. Suggestions?
The a1 imo us the best bang for buck. A bit slower than the p series but I only print with PLA so I do not need an enclosure and the ams helps a ton with downtime
Do all your printers show up on the handy app? I think it’s cool as heck just having my 5 but 84! I’d like to see a screen shot!
Yea lol.. I scroll for dayyyys. Over 100 printers
If you only print PLA why did you buy the X1 and P1S printers? Waste of money. P1P would have been more than adequate.
Check out my newest video. I go into detail regarding this topic
how do I buy those dragon eggs, my kid would love that
My etsy store or tiktok
Sound like rainy 😅
Server room
How come you don't have any AMS units for P1P/S? Have you found the new one to be more reliable?
The standalone AMS just isn't cost effective. $350 per is quite a lot if you consider I have over 50 P1P printers. And also.. space
Dancyn, why have a mix of A1s and P1Ps? Would you prefer to have more A1s or more P1Ps?
My first 2 printers were the X1C and P1P. Just wanted to test them for a little bit before I switched the farm over. I previously had prusa mk3s. I bought a ton of P1P printers before the A1 was announced. But I am starting to get more A1 printers because of the price/value
Whats your opinion on A1 print quality vs the P1S or X1C?
Quality wise.. pretty much the same
Great video. Do you sell on Etsy or in person.
Online mainly
How´s your ventilation and air quality in that space with so many open frame printers? Also where do you sell your prints? Would love to check em out :)
Honestly need to work on ventilation. Curre try I run 3 hepa filters inside and have fans running all day. But I don't have a way to exhaust the air out. I open the bay door in the mornings when it's cool to circulate the air. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
A buddy of mine owns assuredbiolabs in oak ridge Tennessee the specializes in air quality in the built environment. Shoot them an email and see what they might recommend. Maybe he would even test your air quality for you.
How are managing all those printer? Do you have print farm software?
Nope. Sd card amd printing through the app.
How many amps do you have running into your warehouse?
200 right now
How's the quality of the A1 vs p1s?
No difference imo
is it word to get so mutch printers? do you sell so mutch on etsy?
I sell on all e-commerce platforms
This is why 3d printing sucks, everyone sells the same crap and undercuts everyone until nobody makes money
It sucks why? Because you cannot compete? Find a niche
@@Dancyn3DprintsI think that’s his point. This isn’t a niche because anyone can print articulating dragons and eggs downloaded from Thingiverse.
A ‘niche’ like the most popular print currently?
What’s your Etsy store called
My name lol
Question, do you 3D model all these yourselves? Or have the rights to sell at least
License. I don't model
@@Dancyn3Dprints Can you go a bit further into detail please?
Thank you for sharing all this information
Not trying to gatekeep
How you grew your 3d printing business so big without being much on social media
Started with 1 printer. Then got 2. Then 3.. etc
What filament supplier do you use for regular pla and the silk pla
Elegoo, gratkit, creality, there's a few others as well
