The boat actually waited over 2 hours for her and her husband. So no one should feel sorry for either couple
And now, an expert will be joining us to help Hey expert, how do we avoid being late for a cruise ship departure. Expert: Get there early. Thanks expert ♥️
I just got back from a Carribean cruise and I would get back on the ship MINIMUM 1 hour early. They stress it over and over that they will leave without you if you don't come back on time. On our last port the ship was nice and left 30 minutes later than scheduled and people were still running down the dock as they were getting ready to close the doors lol.
The last cruise we went on was Royal Caribbean and we almost missed the boat lmao 😩 we were docked at one of their private islands and trolleys were running back and forth from the boat all day, and all day long they were running every 5-10mins and we were only 10mins from the boat...we tried leaving to go back to the boat an hour earlier than we needed to and thank God because all of a sudden the trolleys were only coming once every 20mins now, with crowds of ppl fighting to get on! We had our 1 and 3 year olds with us and a stroller so we couldn’t exactly push ppl out of the way and squeeze on like everyone else was doing once they realized they might really miss the boat...so my husband ended up having to slip some money to one of the trolley drivers to just let us get on first so our kids weren’t stampeded in the rush and we were those idiots sprinting down the dock to make the boat lmao 😂 Never sailing royal Caribbean again though, we even asked them when we got off how often the trolleys run and they said every 5-10mins and being it was their own island I thought they should know 🤦🏻♀️ then the security screening was moving extraaa slow, I swear it’s like they were doing it on purpose laughing at everybody stressing out, taking their sweet time and being the most thorough they had been the entire cruise...for a few minutes there I really thought we would be stranded in Bermuda
exactly they stress it out every minute, second, day and yet people still do...there were times was I like man i'm tired of hearing it but they just have to do it..
@@nyceexo53 I heard the royal carribean is basically the mcdonalds of cruise ships, so we avoided that one and went with Norweigian, slightly more expensive but it was very nice, clean, professional and the golf cart/trolley's they had running the docks at Belize were constant at about 1 every 3 minutes. A few bucks more is worth the better experience I think.
I was on this exact cruise ship the sailing just before them. So 1 week ago. Each stop is between 6-8 hours. So they had nearly all day and were still late.
I remember this too 😂 I went on a cruise and before we got to the islands they tell you a day before on what time you should be back on the ship. I'm pretty sure there were people late getting back to the ship but the thing is we get a full day out on the islands. Me and my family took a taxi ride at least 30 to 40 minutes to a public beach and left an hour and a half before the cruise took off so my aunt and my siblings can shop around and we still made it back to the ship with 10 minutes to spare.. but not only that our ship stayed at least 5 to 10 minutes past departure time Waiting on a few people that were still getting back to the ship.
@@WarpPal they purposely don't tell you on the ship. So I have no idea. But I'm almost positive it happend twice looking over my balcony. This looks like on the Bahamas in my video, the other one was Mexico
Nothing mean about it. Just like airplanes you think they have the time or the money to be late for a couple of passengers? Why make everyone else late because you couldn't be on time while 99% of the passengers returned ON TIME.
@Jeremy Lincoln they make it very clear not to be late on cruises, 45 minutes is ridiculous so their either very dumb or very entitled. Holding up the entire ship.
45 mins late? What did they expect? The whole ship to wait for them? Such entitlement. Time management is everything. Miraculously their kids got the hint.
Not always true. My Aunt and Uncle got mugged in the Bahamas and had to go to the police station to file a report and they were held up because the station was so busy and they told them that they would miss their boat if they didn't leave and they wouldn't let them go. The only reason why they didn't miss the boat was because an officer contacted the cruise liner of the situation and the push off time was held off till they got there almost 2 hours later.
In the other video they said that the children were with their uncle. So, they were not alone. The mom was the one who was late and the dad went for her, but they return to late.
Also, the sad thing is, her husband went looking for her (he got off the ship) but obviously she had been shopping for all that time (I'm not sure exactly how late she was but I I think 45 mins, u might have to watch that video). Shopping instead of spending time with the family, knowing there's a time u have to get back to the cruise...
You have an interesting interpretation of 'frantically'. Why the hell is this trending anyways? That poor mom of 3 though. Well, I mean, those poor 3 kids with their lousy mom.
Me when I was on carnival magic: Ship: “lands” okay well be leaving in 5 hours! Me: “goes onto land for 3 minutes” ok that’s good enough “rolls back on ship”
The one time we went on a cruise in the 90s, I hated the fact that we had to keep looking at our watches to track the time. Never went again. Fly to the destination and relax on your own schedule.
During our family reunion cruise organization, our family decided to be back on ship 45 minutes before sail time and meet in a designated area. All 40 members arrived home safe and sound. No one missed the ship. We had a great time 🤣🤣 We're in the process of repeating the same cruise bc alot of family was not able to go the first time for various reasons; military duty, school, college, too young, children too young 🤷 I am going to suggest we use the same port procedures 😏 It worked the first time, why not 😊
And airlines routinely over-book flights by 5% or more knowing-in the real world, some won't turn up. That sort of percentage of a several thousand guest ship would be a lot more people left on the docks.

Couple of passengers versus thousands inside waiting for the boat to leave. Lol. Captain says bye bye

45 MINS WHAT DID YOU EXPECT?!
Yep
@@caden1456 IKR?!
Of course the ship left 45 minutes is an long time
@Chris H LOL WHY WOULD THE BOAT WAIT FOR THEM?!
YEP!
45 minutes? They should be left behind.
1:30 OMFGG 😂💀 “bye bye!” that’s so mean and shady but they did make MANY people have to wait for them for 45 mins so..
Nothing mean about it. Just like airplanes you think they have the time or the money to be late for a couple of passengers? Why make everyone else late because you couldn't be on time while 99% of the passengers returned ON TIME.
I was thinking that too. Like "Damn! do you HAVE to rub it in?" 😂😒😂😂
thats what white people do. They don't show up like they own the boat, then they discourage others in pain. Its just a white thing.
@@davidl2662 lol what does race have to do with any of this

All the people sitting on the balcony watching them😂😂
People watching them from the ship had a hell of a view, lol. 😂
They weren’t even trying to to run to the ship
The Pheonix YT well there was nothing they could do to stop the ship so that would be futile
Just scream ICEBERG

And 45 minutes LATE!!?? Nahhh
Oh well , this is why i ALWAYS go back to the ship within an hour and a half of them sailing.
You know what time the boat leaves so don't feel so entitled that you think the ship is gonna wait for you.
They must be California DemonRats
"Bye bye"= what a demon!!
What you even mean
So unnecessary!
Elaine Deardorff it’s funny
That would have been me xD
Captain: *can we just reverse and parallel park one of the world's biggest cruise ships to pick them up?*
unless u r really famous
Actually, they can. But probably $10k to do it.
Marvin prince what?
Ron H why would it cost money lol

Having just gone on a cruise, I can tell you that they tell you so many times when to be back on the ship. How many times must people be told?!?!?

Entire Ship: NOOOOO!!!
If hes 45 minutes late, he probably thought they could get away with it. Young entitled couple

*Everyone* knows not to be late on a cruise ship departure. They deserved it
same is true for most European trains too!
Bro u always gotta be early. At an airport if it says to be there at 6pm u be there at 9 am lmao thats how my family were
My family goes in the last 10min
We were able to go in the last 2min oncee
Wow surely a news that deserves to be known, I lost the bus yesterday, I want an article on that
Welp it’s their fault 🤷♂️ no sympathy here
No symphony at all from the ship. da dum tsss
@@shmooveyea wow, that was great
It ain't called the "Sympathy of the Seas"!
I’m on the ship right now. Symphony of the Seas
Can you give us some proof
I believe you but my wife is saying "no way"
89tin umm, I don’t know why your wife cares? Not being rude. But I guess I’m on level 9 and the is no level 13. Is that a proof?
And there is a restaurant called windjammer
@@89tin Why tf does he need to give you proof? Better yet, why tf should he care what your alleged "wife" thinks?
Mind letting your captain know he needs to head back to that other island and pick up those people?
45 minutes late!!!
And you expect the ship to wait for you????
What if the couple was Lisa Guerrero and a cameraman, and they were going to confront the boat, but the boat knew and was like “Not today!”
That is a really good plot twist!!!!! 😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
Just jump from the dock and onto the boat like a ninja. Easy!
Eric Champlin and land in the water
@@mikephilips6905 I dont see the big deal. Just start running on the water to catch up to the boat, its not moving that fast

How do you leave your kids on a boat?
In the other video they said that the children were with their uncle. So, they were not alone. The mom was the one who was late and the dad went for her, but they return to late.
Also, the sad thing is, her husband went looking for her (he got off the ship) but obviously she had been shopping for all that time (I'm not sure exactly how late she was but I I think 45 mins, u might have to watch that video). Shopping instead of spending time with the family, knowing there's a time u have to get back to the cruise...
They want to make babies in the car and come back onto the ship announcing that she's pregnant , but they took too long to get the job done
It's obvious, you can't make whoopie if you have your kids with you ✌
J Dog if you want to go get high without their presence
They make it very clear what time to get back. I always set an alarm to give me enough time to get back.
You have an interesting interpretation of 'frantically'.
Why the hell is this trending anyways?
That poor mom of 3 though. Well, I mean, those poor 3 kids with their lousy mom.
Iverson_vr that’s makes me feel better that there was someone still onboard, still sucks for the mom though
Best vacation those kids will ever have

@@lagroad yes

Me when I was on carnival magic:
Ship: “lands” okay well be leaving in 5 hours!
Me: “goes onto land for 3 minutes” ok that’s good enough “rolls back on ship”
The fact that I thought they tried to PHYSICALLY stop the ship, tells a lot about what you can expect from people these days
My motto is if you're early you're on time if your on time your late and if your late your unacceptable
RIP to the English language.
*he shoulda packed a megaphone*
If he did, the megaphone would have probably been left on the boat like the ladies kids.
LMFAO they deserve that for making people wait 45 min! 😂😂😂
I hate people who lack punctuality.
@Human Cancerbag then don't comment it LUL
The one time we went on a cruise in the 90s, I hated the fact that we had to keep looking at our watches to track the time. Never went again.
Fly to the destination and relax on your own schedule.
Tourists: Nooooo!!
Cruise ship: *YESSSS*
During our family reunion cruise organization, our family decided to be back on ship 45 minutes before sail time and meet in a designated area. All 40 members arrived home safe and sound. No one missed the ship. We had a great time 🤣🤣
We're in the process of repeating the same cruise bc alot of family was not able to go the first time for various reasons; military duty, school, college, too young, children too young 🤷
I am going to suggest we use the same port procedures 😏 It worked the first time, why not 😊
This is the equivalent of an airplane beginning to drive down the runway to take off, without you. Can't expect them to turn around
And airlines routinely over-book flights by 5% or more knowing-in the real world, some won't turn up. That sort of percentage of a several thousand guest ship would be a lot more people left on the docks.
They tried to stop a Cruise ship like it's a taxi?!
Idk why I always think just try and jump on even though I know it’s impossible 😂
because we're not a mermaid like you :)
I think that dumb ish too. Like back up really far.... run full speed and JUMP 😂
My parents would come to the ship like 50 mins early 😂
Why was the boat still there for 45 minutes?
Start up engines, reel in anchor, reel in ropes from dock.
A boat takes forever to get out of port. That's why they want everybody on time so they can leave as quickly as possible.
How dare you leave me don’t you know I am more important than the other passengers who got there on time.
