Good Find! With15,000 barrels per day(BPD) oil production, we will be saving more than $4billion per yr at current price of $80 per barrel & 3-times more when the production touches 45,000BPD. Savings in gas production will be added bonanza. Pray that we find more such places.

@@varunRJ Yes large oil has been found in Andaman islands. It is in very high security zone & its production will start when security aspects are addressed. Meanwhile 20pc ethanol blending of Petrol is being expedited. MSP on Sugarcane has been raised to increase sugarcane production to facilitate 20pc ethanol blending. Electric Vehicles are also being promoted. Lot of good news are on the cards. India imports about 4.5 million barrels of crude oil per day which takes away huge chunk of our Forex earnings.
