      I normally agree with Kevin on almost everything but the advice at end didnt make sense. From personally experience if your knowledgeable enough in something and put the work in it will work. I started my 2 YT channels in 2019 and 2020... I was studying YT for like 4 year prior watching everyone blow up and seeing how and I knew I would also by learning all the flaws and successes. When I started it was slow for a year and I was a dish washer.... even my girl left me for other reasons but made fun of the dream. I knew it would work tho and it went crazy in 2021 and now my first channel is 700k and this one i started uploading right after and now this one is at 140k. The chances of a YT channel blowing is is less then 1% but somehow I knew cus all the research and studying. Kevin said her company ain't gonna pop off but if you really know what your doing that 5% he said can go to like 70%... most ppl just dnt know what their doing or are lazy in most fields. I literally executed the exact plan I been planning for years and it worked. The first year I only had 1k subs so most ppl would just think it was a failure but I did that on purpose to build up a back catalog and then made a viral video and the past videos started to go viral with it and chain reacted to make me get 200k in 2months almost the exact way I seen other UA-camrs do it

      Most people are grown and insecure and run away from their problems so that they can't take criticism they can't stand the fact that you're telling them what they did wrong even if you say it's for their own good they're stuck and are statistics you are to move away from those people because they'll forever stay there and be miserable by partying drinking drugs to run away to escape reality but they don't know that soon they'll get their reality check and all that running will soon catch up until they hit rock bottom , a good listener could be broke but are powerful people bc they have the ability to change they're aren't stagnant

    Guys who are serious about relationships will most definitely pick an average woman with traditional values over a “baddie.” In fact the more sweet, peaceful, feminine in general, the more attractive she becomes. So relatively speaking, she becomes a high rank. Although we won’t even view it that way. It’ll be as simple as “man she’s amazing.”

      It's a saying women use as a coping mechanism to deflect their undesirability on to men to make men seem like they're the issue. It's as if men have to just accept anything that comes with a woman and if they don't it's somehow the man's fault for being inadequate or not man enough for not being able to "handle" or by being too "intimidated". Men have preferences and find certain physical and personality characteristics desirable. If a woman doesn't fit that it's not him, it's her.

      When i worked at a hospital for a short period of time, i avoided speaking to the large, loud chicks that added bonnets to their scrubs uniform (classy). I primarily focused on my work and helping people’s loved ones; but would sometimes speak briefly with the civilized women that worked there.
      The classy bonnets made sure to harass me daily until i finally quit (and got them fired before christmas 😅). I audio recorded them on my phone while i went on a break, they were openly trying to call me gae just because i ignored them 90% of the time. There was an caucasian new guy that was a silent worker just like me, but they showed him respect. With me, its like they felt i was obligated to be their court jester and show em attention.
      Sht was sad and pathetic how my “own kind” (supposedly), could be so destructive towards me. Nowadays i view these type of modern black cultured women as invisible ghosts. Nothing positive comes from em if you as a black man reject them.

      She needs to drastically lower her expectations. Her goal should be a man she can trust, steady job, financially stable, no serious drug, alchohol, or criminal issues. Given her age and position, ANY man that meets those base criteria needs to be considered a viable option.
      Given her age and desire for children, she needs to forget about career and focus on finding a good man, and becoming the type of submissive, nurturing, and hardworking woman that most decent hardworking men would want.

      She was relatively cool headed and not in her emotions. She was respectful and never talked over him.
      I also think she was one of the few women on the show that he was making up stuff to knock her down.
      Does he really believe wealthy men don't hire cooks, housekeepers and nannies? Seriously? He also contradicts himself because previously he's stressed that the wife of a HVM needs to have excellent social skills, and yet this woman says she has those skills and he acts like they aren't important.
      The wife of a wealthy man runs his household by directing the servants and managing the homelife, seeing that bills are paid, kids are doing well in school, ironing out problems in the neighborhood, scheduling and conducting social events, involving herself in charity events (promoting her husband's and families' reputation in community) etc. She isn't locked up at home on her hands and knees scrubbing floors and elbows deep in diapers.

Grandma was sad when he passed, and they stuck together through their fair share of serious issues; ultimately getting past/resolving them all (over time, duty, and effort); and lived happily married. They traveled annualy during older age, rather than going to miami every month as 20 something year olds.

    "Start living life ON PURPOSE." Best point of the whole conversation Bro. KS.
    May 2022 will mark ONE FULL YEAR that I've been saying that to my "poor, Black west side Chicago kids" in my (K8) school. The culture change, in the eyes of the MEN in the building, was swift and clear. WE SEE IT. Kids used to come in stomping up the stairs. They HATED being there. WE TALKED THEM THROUGH IT. WE DID THAT, in our particular way, ON PURPOSE. Randomly pulling kids for check-ins, sometimes stopping class to make everybody smile, sliding a kid an extra chocolate milk or pack of goldfish. LITTLE, KIND THINGS..
    Now they come in EARLY and with a SMILE on their faces. All bc WE quietly agreed to be intentional about asking if they're ready for the day, reminding them to do their best AT ALL TIMES, by doing OUR best at at times and...guess what...
    WE FKN SMILE AT OUR KIDS.
    SMILE NOBLE MAN, especially my fellow Black Man. Smile bros. We know how to fix this; just say no (to all dysfunction). BE THE PRIZE. Go out here and focus on doing GREAT SHYT. We change the WORLD with our light. Do your best, ON PURPOSE!!

      I do agree. Truck drivers do make the cash but they're also gone alot. That's hard on a couple. For me that would be an issue. Women don't want to build with a man. They want the security right away. Noones entitled to that and that's not how our grandparents built our families. A lot of women passed on my man because they would classify him as average. He's not the most impressive looking man and he's not much of a talker. He has cash but you would never know. That man bought me a house, paid off my car and credit cards and is now helping me with my student loans. You block your blessings when your motivation for relationships is money. He might have and be exactly what you need but you miss it cause you're looking at the wrong thing. You're probably causing yourself to be alone. You likely don't have to be.

    My husband and I analyze these episodes together and I'm still baffled why every single one of these women immediately bring up what the man needs to make.. WHY?!? • @ElGreco15
      @ElGreco15 3 роки тому +20

      It is important for the creation of a family.
      Money = Resources
      A man with resources will be able to take care of her and her kids. At least traditionally, why would you be with a broke man if a middle class was an option? Love doesn't pay the bills, feed the kids, send them to school, or allow you to be a stay at home mom.
      It's so biologically engrained that after you stated men are more than a paycheck the very first thing you said women should say is "I'm looking for a man who is hardworking..."
      Hard-working to men means you're asking how much do I make indirectly.
      "Loving" and "makes me smile" are just vague and arbitrary that take more time than the initial disqualifying stage.
      Now, I think the lack of understanding of how much money people make has given this question a negative light. Back when the fathers chose their daughters husbands he knew how much it costs to raise a family to adulthood and could filter it for his daughter.
