I remember watching a lot of Nickelodeon that year. I believe I saw the premiere of Sponge Who Could Fly, Abra-strophe! And My Life as a Teenage Robot live
@Felix In The Future Productions Well, I watched The Sponge Who Could Fly on VHS before it aired on TV. But I remember watching these premieres: Jimmy Neutron: Operation Rescue Jet Fusion SpongeBob Goes Prehistoric Jimmy/Timmy Power Hour The Rugrats Movie The Fairly Oddparents: Channel Chasers Jimmy Neutron: Win, Loose & Kaboom! SpongeBob: Where’s Gary All Grown Up: R.V. Having Fun Yet
Oh yea, This is the Year they tried to copy Cartoon Cartoon Fridays format and somewhat succeeded. (Of course it helps them that the following year Cartoon Network would can Toonami in the Afternoons for Miguzi.)
On an unrelated note, this was from the day of Disney Channel's 20th anniversary. Nickelodeon seemed to have a hard time competing with Disney Channel that night since it was Disney Channel's 20th anniversary.
I was born ‘93 too. 2000-2004 is the only part of the 00s I care about. I’m happy I got some childhood out of the way in the late 90s pushing me further away from 2005-2009, I hated that time.
Is it just me or when Nicktoons wasn't a channel the name been so popular that the name been in some nickelodeon promos (especially the not just cartoons one)
13:08 I forgot. When Nickelodeon reran The Fairly Oddparents Oh Yeah! Cartoons shorts, they had Tara Strong re-dub Mary Kay Bergman’s dialogue for Timmy

That's the network where it aired reruns of Animaniacs, alongside Pinky & the Brain.
Those should've been Cartoon Network's 2Ks especially Animaniacs which should've stayed there.
