That’s an amazing job George. All ready for painting. Between this and agricultural machinery, it’s great to see so many Irish companies leading the way.
Hello George it is amazing how shot blasting has changed and I would say for the better the trailer will look absolutely cracking when painted on nice fresh metal look forward to the next video 👍👍
Betting your shower was absolutely caked after that job to 😅.. imagine turning the TW into an air compressor..... what a shame 😔😆.. looks like something I would love to get iv even got the compressor already 😊... I could go a bit daft about all our stuff with that blaster 😅... thanks for showing it all in its working environment.. so much better than an advert showing it... stay safe sir 🏴
Hi George, That was a very interesting video never seen one like that very handy if you can get a £1,000 a day job it would soon pay for itself, Nice job George👍👍👍⭐️⭐️👌🚜
The one bad thing I can see is it could be a killer on the back working it all day from being bent over but I suppose it has to be that way to control the power of it. I wonder would a longer handle work ?
Great video George 👍 brilliant machine was thinking before you mentioned the rust inhibitors not gonna have long to get it painted 🤔 we used to hire out water blasters with silica sand and the sand was sucked through a Venturi caused by the water creating a vacuum👍 but rusting was a serious issue 😬👍
No mate, because it's water injected it doesn't produce any dust, hence you only need the visor. If you were dry blasting you'd want the full helmet with air supply 👍
Think of the stall cleaning speed with that thing without using the abrasives. You could clean a barn out in a couple of hours using it like a giant pressure washer.
[6:25] 'No Silica to it' < it is Silica ~ Silica is the reaction ~ Funny concept, we take Silica [sand] [which we are running out of] and amongst other things, like sand, cement, concrete, we make glass ~ and now crushed glass is used as sand ~ I'll add it's not too far removed from; akin to using a Diesel generator to power the electric car chargers. In simple terms, we might be better off, burning coal, burning diesel, using sand. Sand will remain a treasure trove of minerals, while glass is arguably sterile. That's the concept.
Looks a nice system only trouble you will struggle with moisture soon as you brake through the iron work its porous would be fine if you could put it in commercial spray booth and bake off the moisture. the corrosion inhibiting chemical that goes in i would be interested to know whats in it if its oil based it will play havoc with a 2pack paint system on the fence with this, one compressor looks the nuts mind
Hi George is it all yours for 20 grand its very impressive and very well worth the money you could start a new business you could become a stripper George I mean a paint stripped very nice video

Smart bit of kit though 👍🏻
Nice unit. I wonder if they’ll be making one small enough to drive with my 25 hp JD 2025R
Hi there, yes we have a smaller model in the pipeline hopefully being launched in September. Oliver UK Applied
@@JayBrook now I just need it available in 🇨🇦

Literally no rust after a week 👌

Does that fine glass not get into your eyes or something?
Great bit of kit that!

@@GeorgeSaunders Alright then, thanks!
Should have done the rear wheels on the TW
That's the business for sure.
Is that system good for heavy rust or just light rust/paint?
It will take anything off, if you've got heavy rusting, choose a more aggressive grit👍
Your Friend from mccormick are looking too

sweet❤
Don’t think I’d risk it in the wrap site for bales 😅
Whats happened to the fast track George its gone quite..?
There's one less space in the shed today...... video soon 😉

Certainly makes a quicker job of it compared to a wire wheel on a cordless drill 😂
I watched them do Joe's tank a week ago (ua-cam.com/video/fnnIlr_mjL0/v-deo.html) and now George's trailer!
Awesome bits of kit👌
🇬🇧🚜🍺👌
