I have had plenty of electric pressure cookers and I found the best thing for me is an aluminium stove top 5 L pressure cooker that I got off eBay for £15 and I've been using it for the last 10 years without a problem.

Don't buy tefal. Uses Teflon. Once it peels off, it's useless
