- we took 4 kids on a 10 hour flight to Orlando !! I assumed Emilia and Eduardo would be fine because can watch the screens but are biggest concern was the little ones Andrea and Alessia who dont really watch screens for that long!! it was a challenge but we got there in the end and now we are in Orlando and ready for our Disney adventure!
how cool was that tram clip of all 4 of the kids sitting up front! i actually had to miss the first tram because there was already people sitting up there in order to make that clip but i really wanted to re-create that so i think it was worth being a little later!

The whole point to having a Nanny is that you have an extra person to help keep your children safe especially on a vacation to somewhere that is crowded and crazy like Disney World. I was a babysitter and a Nanny before I got married. I went on many vacations with the families I worked for because not only was I the sitter or nanny I became a part of the family after being with them for years and helping to raise the children. In a larger family with a wide range of ages the older children help with their younger siblings. Plus it is like a bonus for the nanny or sitter to get to on a vacation.
So if you are a nanny you don't pay for anything on the trip? I wonder how that works for babysitters and nannies when they with families on trips.
@@astoldby So in my experience the family pays for flights, park entry, accommodation, food etc. Then I'd buy my own souvenirs. It depends on the family and if you are a live in/ live out Nanny and it'd be different again if you're an au pair. You're still working but also would have time off :)

I think the main point of a nanny is so the parents can get a break, its their holiday too!!!
i went on trips with the family i used to nanny for as well! it was also so fun because the kids had someone else to play with them and show them attention, plus it allowed the parents some adult time if they wanted.
for people moaning about the nanny coming with them i’d like to point out that that’s the whole point, People who nanny know what they have to do it’s not like they force people to become one. I know someone who is a nanny and they came out on the holiday as a reward and thank you for looking after the kids.
I wish I was the Nanny!! What a cool trip to get paid to go on lol. also with 4 small kids I would definitely want extra help!
I think usually nanny’s even get “days off” on trips.

Cathy Miller she’s the one who catches the plate when Andrea almost flips it off the table, behind Jonathan at the airport when they got to Orlando, when they’re at the house going up the stairs.

I know I would probably do the same thing. It’s ok no wreck. It’s scary enough in a different city much less country. If we drove on same side no problem, but opposite side lord help us all.

Because she’s not supposed to be filmed.. it’s unsafe for the kids.. if she takes Alessia out or Eduardo and Emilia.. and everyone knows her face and her name it’s making taking the kids out harder.. she’s they’re to do her job not have crazy fans look for her in public and immediately point her out just to notice the kids! If people keep talking about her or are desperate to see her they’ll just get rid and get a new one! It’s like people having security you don’t need to know the name of the security they’re doing they’re job she should be allowed to get on with hers!
@@DC-gw9db I didn't mean to make any sort of drama out of it, I just thought it was funny. I just wanted to add that you are correct, however, people would probably recognize the children first anyhow since they have seem them for years. She probably just has a preference to not be on camera and that's totally understandable.

Kinda loved how each older child, starting with Eduardo, gently touched and reassured Andrea. Really sweet. Hope you enjoyed it all. I first took my daughter to Disneyland when she was one month old. She is now 26 and we still have annual passes and will be going again in two Sundays. LOL

all the cars here in the US are so large, especially in the south where theres a lot of big families. My family had four kids growing up too and we definitely had a couple of those suburbans lol

When I was in Scotland (we are from Canada) we were staying with our family ... my family is first gen Canadian. My mom screamed the whole car ride 🤣 then we got to the round abouts!!! She about peed herself
