I take supplementary vitamin C in addition to eating plenty of fruits and veggies. I notice my joints feel better and my skin and hair look great. If I stop the supplement, my joints start to hurt more.

I had a nutrition course in college, studied, and earned a good grade but realize I didn’t really process the information on a personal level like I should have. All these years later at 54, thankfully your videos are here at the right time to remind me and educate me on what nutrients, vitamins, etc are essential to our bodies and what purpose they serve. I didn’t know about Vit C’s relationship with collagen. Thank you!!
I like peppers in my eggs and tomatoes if I got them on my sandwich. If I eat strait fruit I get a canker soar. I also eat here in the US Welch's fruit snacks fortified with an excellent source of A,C&E. They are great for and yummy
I have a Bassett's chewy multivitamin supposed to be for 12 to 18 with evening primrose oil in it and I do think taking that has helped with lots of things I would otherwise have had issues with.

It depends on your diet and the dosage of vitamin C in there!
