Haha, I was going to say "Fresh" basil. My dad made his own prosciutto and capicolla, baked bread, ricotta, mozzarella and roasted peppers from his garden. Teaching old school ways of life is something I will forever be grateful for. He's smiling down on me. I've never been to Italy but plan on it. My relatives still live there.
