I went on this for the first time this year after riding Disneyland’s for 14 years nonstop. This Haunted Mansion is absolutely outstanding, and definitely feels actually creepy, isolated and way bigger than Disneyland’s. The smell of the attraction is amazing, and the Popup ghost infront of the teeter totter ghosts actually scared me. The popup ghosts never scare me, so that was a very interesting experience. The Master Gracey painting was *ALOT* bigger than I thought it was. Especially the Library scene. Seeing the two for the first time had me in awe. I don’t even think I blinked on my first ride. Everytime I went on it, I was just in awe for the week or so we were there. The grand staircase scene was absolutely overwhelming and beautiful. I also find the eyes strangely cute. The Endless Hallway suprised me, because I had no idea the Doombuggy shook right infront of it, and there was a huge gush of wind. My mom never noticed the physical clap sound effect in the Seance Room, which is heard in this video. She thought it was someone clapping, it was so funny seeing her reaction. As much as I prefer Disneyland’s over this due to the fact all my memories are at that one, I give this one a solid 10/10, and we’re going back in November. No regrets whatsoever.

CRUD! I came to this vid hoping to count the number of panes of glass in the Pepper's ghost effect. Right where the ride stopped! I used to hop off and explore both mansions in the US... Great fun. That earns guests a permanent lifetime ban these days. In the 1980's we weren't yet living in the Security State.
Anyone remember the 2007 refurbishment? The scary spider webs that turned into the crazy stairs? As a kid, I always used to be so scared of that scene.
