I recently stumbled these beautiful dance and absolutely love this Tibetan song and music. I am a beginner, love to learn this dance as an exercise for my daily routine. I like teaching as it explains which feed co- ordinating with which hand in step one, step two and three. To me this is the best to enable me to understand and would continue turning into help program to further. I thanks you for your time and effort into teaching
