You don't have to steal the bike back, you can just go up to the gate and pay a fee to get it out (can't have a wanted lvl obviously).

You can buy back your vehicle from the lot just go near the main gate (not one of the two in the lot but opposite of the car park garage) and you can buy it back for $250.

Am i the only one that knows that you don't need to hop over that wall to get into the impound ? You can't have any wanted level on you and you simply walk up to the gate and pay 250 $ you retrieve your impounded vehicle
u dont have to steal ur impounded vehicle u can just walk up to the gate and u will automatically pay for the vehicle
