In patients with nasal stuffiness after Rhinoplasty operation, endoscopic examination is very important in the diagnosis at this stage, in fact, it could have been done before the surgery. The middle meatus is decisive and very important for sinus health. The air is distributed to the sinuses from here; I'm showing a sample case in this video. The main disease in this patient is middle meatus blockage, that is probably Sinusitis disease. If this situation had been determined before the operation in this patient, perhaps it could have been treated simultaneously or before.
