This is the most helpful youtube I've ever seen

Thanks for the comment, I'm glad to hear that it was helpful for you. The quality of the video isn't great, but I couldn't find anything else online that was like my luggage, so I figured I would make one.

Good video, useful info, where did you buy the roller blade wheels?

I used some old rollerblades, that would probably be the best and cheapest option (perhaps a thrift store).

Hope I have the chance to buy you a Mai Tai in Hawaii one day!😊

That would be wonderful! Our family has Hawaii high on our travel list.

What about the rivet you cut off? What did you do for reassembly there?

What size is the roller blade wheel? Any recommendations on where to get one? Same thing happened to one of my suitcase wheels after one use -_-

These were 78 mm wheels. You can order them lots of places online, but I think the best option is to see if anyone has an old pair of rollerblades they may let you have (that's what I did). A thrift store might also have them cheaper than buying a set of new wheels, plus you would have the axle with the rollerblades too.

Daniel Findley do you think 76 mm wheels would work?

76 MM is the diameter, so you should be able to measure the other wheel to see if it will fit (if it's not too large).
