At 14:00 Kelly says that for a battery rated at 100 amps continuous, you should use an 80 amp breaker, but isn't that backwards? Wouldn't you want a 125 amp breaker for 100 amps continuous? 125x0.8=100.
#6 on 80A breaker?? - #4 think you may want if copper most days .dont think this has a internal breaker?? Prob not made for wire big enough?? Wonder. For sure oversize all solar inverter output wire. Seems. And use quality disconnect and breakers we see many issues. When size per code. Dont undersize at all..
In process of sending pictures to mfgr on trying to size, per nec wire and breakers. But plan to also run it by an electrical engineer to be sure my calcs are right. We are seeing issues for real
