So calm and serene! Perhaps the only Guy to take over the Great KVN's mode of singing. The Aanandabhairavi was reminiscent of KVN. His voice is soothing and as a crazy fan of KVN, brought tears to my eyes .... Great concert indeed.

Good Suggestion. I had even requested Academy to keep the on-demand concerts available till end of the season, and to remove the 48 hour time period. Not sure if they follow our comments here in youtube. This is very easy to watch, may be because, we are used to. By the way, I did encounter some audio/video out of sync issues during yesterday's inaugural event (esp. during invocation song and when the President spoke) but I did not encounter any issues today.

Sitamma mayamma(Sri Ashwath to our joy not dispalying computer screen, no pile of script notes, no expensive and a mustwitheveryone iPhone in front of him; good for him) mridangam is one nonostop play these days; why can't take clues from abhinavanandi to stop right then and there when the singer stops; pause for couple of seconds then join; stop when the violin stops instead of one CONTINUOUS fingering. I must cull scores of PMI accompanying all sorts of big wheels both vocalists and instumnetalists and enjoy hours of mridangam accompaniment with perfect timing. Fast swaroms make the violinists to produce unpleasant fiddle sounds as is the case with the vasanta song. Burra did not do elaborate tuning; good for him. anandabhairavi manasaguruguha rupa praying for the absence of annoying FAST swaroms thank saraswathidevi for no fast swaroms here with anandabhairavi bellieve me there is a room for fast swaroms do not over do them mdr too would indulge in fast swaroms whenever the golden opportunity existed nowadays fast swaroms all over is the in-thing khamash and what? late shri TRS-style paramatbhutamaina mysoresadasivarao! no surprise brocheva no worries I love this song any way mushiri and sishya tkgovindarao saar thrived in it!!one unstoppable flow of mridangam beats easy job for burra man no need to pay attention when to stop sick of it fast swaroms again don't overdo them please young man. listen to musiri's take on this song he popularized it viruttom with hamsanandi muruga stuti in tamil
