More good stuff. I use OLD brake fluid to clean up those old seals BEFORE winding them back in when fitting new Brake Pads. Good tip about using fresh BRAKE FLUID for the seals and new Pistons as lubricant when fitting them.
Fun little job! I did the same on my A112 Abarth last summer because I was also experiencing binding of the brakes. Also painted the calipers/brackets red and replaced the discs (Brembo discs are only 15 euro a piece!😂) and pads. I would always just replace the pistons, they are not that expensive and if (after disassembly) you discover that the original pistons are too pitted you cannot continue before you order and receive those parts.. I also discovered that probably a long time ago in one of the calipers the piston was mounted backwards🤦♂ Oh and I will definitely remember the tip to use brake fluid to insert the seals and piston, I used some kind of red grease that came with the pistons which made a huge mess.
Always good to learn new things, knowledge should always be shared, that's for sure, and even if the video is just about brakes, it can help others with theirs in some way, so getting the files back, that's a happy feeling to have helped you with... :D
No I changed it thanks to velocipedium :) It's a bit embarrassing to have a spelling mistake in title and it also makes the video harder to find for others... So I appreciate this help from velocipedium!

Fed lille øse og nu kan den også bremse 👍🏻
looks like that Abarth window decal is right in your line of sight. :)
Yes.... I should maybe remove it, but its so cool.... :O
I have to do a caliper overhaul to the rears on my volvo. If it’s not badly pitted is replacing the piston necessary?
No... normally a good clean is good enough
de koster 366kr pr stk HELT nye på autodoc. ??????
Så vidt jeg kan se koster de 430 og de har kun til højre side.... Der er heller ingen grund til at smide alt for meget ud når det virker fint...
Just want to point out, so you don’t lose views, it’s spelled Caliper
Doh! Thanks!
@@SeasideGarage sure you did spell it correctly keyboard warriors 😆
No I changed it thanks to velocipedium :)
