They all are grown ups now, so it makes sense to have a longing to be loved by someone they love.
She is just trying to make sure everyone is waving, instead of being distracted, since the camera was on them (which could be interpreted as disrespectful to the event). The rest is just Jihyo feeling weird/left out for not having anyone to play along for the audience. Which is quite relatable.
