Midnight Sky joins Miley’s other biggest hits: Wrecking Ball, Party in the U.S.A., We Can’t Stop, Malibu, See You Again, 7 Things, Can’t Be Tamed, and Mother’s Daughter! Loved it!
The horses in Miley's and Kylie's videos were a reference and tribute to Biancha Jagger and Studio 54. She came in on a white horse on the first night. If you watch closely, there is a DISCO sign and lots of animals, lights and mirror balls in Miley's video. Studio 54 had all of that, including the occasional tiger walking around, hence the tiger in Miley's video.
OMG, Miley is delivering stellar performances consistently and I can't wait for The Honest Vocal Coach to react to #mileycyrus new album #plastichearts PS I'd love your take on The Midnight Sky Remix feat Stevie Knicks?! Thank you for such lovely content and for truly being SO beyond honest! Adore you, Ms Georgina! Xx Kyan 🥰
I like you Ma'm...good review, enthusiastic, non-biased and honest!...thumbs up from me! (hit the 940k mark!) one tip: if you comment on a section...rewind the bit...this is soothing for us listeners..we need to focus on your comment but also on the song... cheers luv..
Sounds like someone found Stock, Aitken and Waterman under a rock, paired them with Michael Cretu and told them all about computers! The 80s eurodisco sound is strong in this one. German disco soundscapes for the win!
The Divine Miss G! I look forward to my random drop-bys that I do here, bc otherwise, I don't know what's new in the music world or what it is I need to be paying attention to! You are my compass in that way, which is about trust - sometimes I have to remind myself that you don't know me the way [I feel] I know you! Lol this is freaking awesome! Isn't it funny how some artists do a re-invention of their look and sound, and it feels desperate and doesn't work. Then there's Cher. Lol (Sidenote, isn't hard to believe that "autotune" as we have come know it - that heavily produced sound that Cher ushered in with 1999s Believe - is already over 20 years old?!) And for the same six decades as Cher, there is Barbra Streisand, who only made a mild attempt to contemporize her sound before realizing it was completely unnecessary, thank GOD. She's stuck to what she does best, and at nearly 80 years old, every move she makes can still be heard around the globe. More importantly, she can still utilize her instrument in a captivating way that makes me feel the same way I did the first time I heard her as a 10 year old watching her 1994 New Years Eve Concert on HBO. While Miley doesn't hold the kinda space on the soundtrack of my life that either of those giants do, she certainly holds her own piece of my attention (and obviously that of millions of other people as well). Nevermind the fact that she is one among very few in the industry that has the ability to actually shock the audience...another one of Cher's pioneering efforts. ;) We never know what Miley's gonna do next, and even though I don't exactly sit around guessing, I'm always no less than gobsmacked when she finally does it! There always seems to be this tone of "you haven't seen the last of me" when the hype of Miley dies down, and her reinventions are more like stages of fulfillment of that promise - a "told ya so" signed personally by her. She is one hell of a talent, and she proves that over and over and over again with a fresh and flavorful spin each time. The only thing I love more than this about her is knowing that somehow, what's next will probably be even better. Just my thoughts... Good to see ya love. Xo, Adam (PS- haven't checked the channel yet, so forgive me if you've already reacted, but are you aware of Shoshana's new material? *GASP* that girl is gooooooooood.)
I never was into Miley's music, but this song is just amazing. Also, at times, the song reminds me of Stevie Nicks' "Edge of Seventeen".
I swear they took the sample from that song. I agree with you, never really got into Miley, but yeah, this song is just amazing!
That would be because she sampled it. She wrote Stevie a letter asking and Stevie told her she’d be honored if she used it.
Brooo you were literally right they just released the mashup like 3 days ago!
pro trick : you can watch movies on kaldroStream. Me and my gf have been using it for watching loads of movies lately.
Miley’s music has never hit the mark for me until she is coming. This is the best song she’s put out.
Im actual lky becoming obsessed with this song. Also her lives of it are great especially the harder rock version.
Loving this new 80s style Miley is doing, and her voice sounds amazing!!!

I think this is the best song from Miley Cyrus in a long time. She reminds me Stevie Nicks sometimes.

One of her best songs in years for sure
America really slept on this song, and I'm in the U.S.
My favorite song from her. She has a beautiful voice.

i love you!!!!! you've given me hours of entertainment
Is Miley's video running a bit here because of the rights?
I like the song. I didn't think i would because I am not a fan of her Music.
"She had like a giant horse, and she's got giant horses... unusual." If they both had them, is it really unusual? 😉
You are so cute😣💖💖💖💖
This isn’t the original key it’s in is it? It sounds slightly higher pitched
Yeah, maybe for Copyright
How Is the song sounds deep in your video
Honest best she has ever done I think
Havent listened to this but all i can say is who cares
Why are you commenting then
