Saw the show in St. Pete, FL and I can honestly say it was a beautiful, mature and emotional journey through the entre show. A feeling I can’t quite describe. As this show was performed and arranged, as a fan my focus was so much deeper and connected without all the (yes I do still love it!) fan crazy dancing and scream singing in total excitement, as most of the shows I’ve attended in the past. Nothing at all wrong with that, I’ve danced and sang my heart away at their shows too! It’s like in 26 years we’ve all kind of evolved along side and can truly and calmly appreciate every component of the journey and musical dynamics of what String Theory represents. “The fear has got to go - this time around” this song sits perfectly in the evolution and journey of this character and show. Very, very well done Hanson.
With all the respect to my beloved Hanson, but without a glass of good wine I cannot understand their explanation. What ditch? Anyways, the song sounds fantastic, that is all that matter
This Time Around is very important to the show, it’s essentially highlighting the big decisions we’ve made in our career and as a band.
