I’m old (almost 70) but these workouts have saved me since, with Covid, I can’t go to the gym. Weight lifting has preserved my bones, no bone thinning yet! Cardio has preserved what’s left of my sanity. Thank you, FB!

This is my FAVORITE upper body workout. Please do the same format for lower body and total body strength. I didn't get bored even though there was a second round. I also want to thank Kelli and Daniel for making me love strength training. I used to dread it but now I look forward to it more than cardio/hiit!
That was so much fun! The whole workout felt like some action-movie training. The overhead press/bent over row was my favorite combo! Thank you Kelli! I feel so bad that you have to talk to a camera while we have the luxury of your company. Who needs music when I can laugh with you about not falling over!
I just want to say, you guys really have been with me for years now!! It’s amazing hearing Kelly say things like, ‘if you can do this with weights, kudos,’ The younger version of myself who has stuck with this lifestyle ( big thanks to this channel) has taught me consistency is a slow road, but it’s so worth it. Be patient with yourself and keep at it, because it really is a beautiful part of life! Taking care of your body, just baby steps along the way, and you really will see results. I'm a big fan of pretty much all of your upper body strength training videos but this one definitely sticks out. It was painful but SO MUCH FUN. I loved the compoud moves a lot, it kept things interesting. Please please please do more of these!!!
I made it through both sets of arm circles with 3 pound hand weights but I can't do push-ups to save my life! I guess it all balances out! Thanks for the great workout!
I can't do push up either, and I also like to do my arm circles with 3 pound weights! What I do for my push ups still is I take my five pound dumbbells, and I also stay on my knees. They give me enough of a raise and holding that I'm slowing building up my ability to do them.

This was a good one. I was diagnosed with DDD last year May 2017, and haven't been able to do my usual workouts for a while. Also did abdominal surgery last November, and now in menopause. I've been slowly getting back into working out, but have mainly stayed with Beginner cardio and stretching. ..certainly no where near where I used to. I decided that I need to push myself but hesitated about doing strength training as don't want to hurt myself. This was perfect! Just what I needed to feel normal again. Combined with some low-impact cardio, I'll be feeling like my old self soon. Thanks a million Kellie...get well soon! 😄

finally finished this work out! I usually just do your HIIT or body weight videos but I decided to be brave and try this one out. my balance on my right leg is so much better than my left😂😂 i switched between 3,5, & 10 pound dumbells & used a 12lb kettle bell for a couple intervals. i feel so stronggg!!! also kelly, i rarely ever listen to other music when i'm doing these videos, i love listening to you because it feels like i've got a workout buddy doing it with me! i have ADHD so usually music distracts me from focusing on the movements & i lose track of the intervals🥴 7 years & counting using Fitness Blender & I don't think I'll ever stop❤️

I looked through the comments here, since you said you wanted to hear from people who use weights in the second arm circles set. I use 5lb weights, so I figured I'd say that since you asked. This is one of my favorite videos now, because I really like how you incorporate balance challenges into so many parts. I find the balance part lowers the weight I can use, but my sense of balance needs work, so this video is very helpful. Also, I noticed that most of the comments here seem to be from women, but I like this video too. Thanks!

Done! This was a great workout - it really kept my muscles guessing with the combo moves. I've been working out with FB from over here is Aus for about 5 years. I've gone from initially getting fit and toned up then losing baby weight after pregnancy and now just maintaining a fit, healthy body while enjoying all the new uploads (and doing lots of the old stuff too). When I scroll through the fitnessblender videos on youtube, it's difficult to find one that I haven't done yet so I get excited when I see a new one. Thanks guys!

Yes, I vary the weights, but I did all the exercises with the dumbbells, when you said cool down and stretch, I thought "that was fast!!" I really did love this work out, especially cause there was a hidden ab workout with it.

Thank you for consistently creating content that is challenging; fun and helps me learn to push my limits. As I am pretty new to strength training, I really appreciate it when you include what weights you use for each exercise. It helps me to gauge what I should use and later aim for.
Just did Daniel’s 20 minute HIIT workout from last week topped off with this torturous upper body routine.Fave upper body move is the dumbbell pullover in a bridge. WORKOUT COMPLETE x 2! 💪💪

I have been enjoying lifting weight for a very very long time. Yet you provided some novel compound moves that I enjoyed doing! Great change of pace. Liked it a lot! And usually warm-ups are an eyeroll to me but yours actually seemed productive. Thanks you very much. I will be looking to see if you do a similar workout for the lower body.

Thank you for consistently creating content that is challenging; fun and helps me learn to push my limits. As I am pretty new to strength training, I really appreciate it when you include what weights you use for each exercise. It helps me to gauge what I should use and later aim for.
Just did Daniel’s 20 minute HIIT workout from last week topped off with this torturous upper body routine.Fave upper body move is the dumbbell pullover in a bridge. WORKOUT COMPLETE x 2! 💪💪

I LOVE these combos. it's easy for me to get bored and i don't with these exercises. Also happy to report I did the 'humblers' with 2lbs weights. yay! Thx so much:)

LOVE this one!! The combo moves make me SWEAT like a cardio workout, and the moves are varied enough that this workout flies by!! Love love love it. Have done this routine 5 times since you posted it

I have been enjoying lifting weight for a very very long time. Yet you provided some novel compound moves that I enjoyed doing! Great change of pace. Liked it a lot! And usually warm-ups are an eyeroll to me but yours actually seemed productive. Thanks you very much. I will be looking to see if you do a similar workout for the lower body.
