This is the main points why our Ethiopian Athletics got poorest results when we compared with another successful for many years. Basically, He is a Dentist Doctor and should not supposed to manage this federation. This sports federation must managed by very very professional in sports, someone have excellent experience, education and knowledge. This is very important for Qualifications to be successful Ethiopian Athletics sports. Also there is fighting each other's in this federation as many people explained. So from the beginning Our Ethiopian Athletics like Gudafi Tsagayye and others were in bad emotional and angry because of arguing just from the beginning before they arrived in Paris for competition. So how they can be successful!?? As Consequences, they couldn't not do successfully their competitions. Only two two Athletics got very good results.
