17:17 I'm just gonna explain some logic
1. Normal fan suck up air from behind to launch air at high speed to cool us off, that mean that giant fan should launch human, tree, building and even the entire Earth atmosphere into space (the chance of hitting the blade is pretty rare though)
2. Take a look how hover thing work, when the fan go on and blow the air into the floor, the air bounce back make the hover thing hover, the universe is infinite (or extremely large), that mean the fan can't push earth backward
