I didn’t realize that this could happen from eating bad food. Thank you for sharing this information with us it is so good to know. I have goats and worry that I don’t know enough but watching you and other people that farm has helped considerably. I’m sorry you had to go through this. Hang in there
Thanks! It's so hard to know everything, and most of us just learn as we experience new challenges along the way. I hope making these videos and sharing what I've experienced helps others.
Wow this is so friggin useful. Your insight as a vet tech makes this so valuable. I've been watching all your videos, you're so awesome. Thanks for sharing, even the hard stuff.
Don’t beat yourself up. We’re bound to make mistakes and you’re being accountable for yours and working overtime to fix it. Hope the little guy pulls through with the good care you’re giving him.
Just watching your videos to see if sheep are for us. So sad for you about this illness. I’m so thankful he pulled through. We all make mistakes so give yourself forgiveness. Thank you for all your helpful videos!
Awsome work, lesson learned. Im only new and had my first lamb arrive this morning i too feed grain and worry about the seal on my drums. I will take extra care now thank you.
Thank you. I am grateful that you are sharing your story and experience. I am looking forward to my adventures with grazing/browsing animals. You are a terrific inspiration. Thank you for sharing. Jef
Well I have to ask, what was the outcome. Thanks for another great video. I believe you have the best sheep videos out. We don't have sheep yet, maybe this spring we'll get 2 feeders. Thank you.
Since I was using LA-200 instead of penicillin, my vet recommended I not exceed 3 days of dosing since that antibiotic can cause liver damage with prolonged use. Penicillin can be given for 5 days.
Currently going through this with my goat but no vet available to help. I’m so sad I don’t think my guy is gonna make it. We are on week 2 doing antibiotics, electrolytes, b complex, & probiotics & feeding & water

It can be very hard to cure. Hang in there, it took my lamb a while to show any signs of recovery.

If I was that stupid I would not be telling the world about it.
Well I believe in honesty and transparency, owning up to mistakes and helping others learn from them.
