I wouldn't powder coat in a toaster, and wouldn't put my bagel in a powder coating oven.

hi, great vidoes. My question is what parts of the cx500 would you pwdercoat, and which paint (I was looking to powdercoat frame, and paint the engine, swingarm and pretty much everything else). Also a BBCR mono here.

I thought you said that you pre-baked to make the part suitable for accepting the powder, but then you let it cool down anyways. So is the pre-bake just for getting rid of any remaining contaminants?

Hey I'm doing the same kind of project and need advice. What would you do to replace the electronic controls attached to the handlebars? As far as replacing them?
