You might be low on iron 😬 but it might just be your skin so try using aloe Vera or rose oil. Rose oil is for more minor skin issues and aloe Vera is what my cousin with eczema uses
honestly when this happens during the day i eat a quick snack and take some tylenol so itll hold off until i get home. then when i get home a peel it off then hop in the shower so i can clean my new layer and then do a little self care day. always makes me feel better.

My cousin has eczema so her shedding causes discomfort and aloe Vera helps it peel during the night and soothes her skin so she no longer has discomfort and can sleep peacefully
For anyone who still may be wondering: while periods can cause many symptoms, such as bloating, cramps, and fatigue, they do not cause skin peeling, especially not like the "peeling" It’s a joke that’s going around but everyone’s skin peels not just girls it’s called exfoliation. And for anyone who’s saying “peeling of the skin does happen you just wouldn’t get it cause you’re not a girl” I am 100% a girl and I know it’s a joke so any of you clueless boys who don’t know well there you go😊

A cold shower helps, but also try vasaline. It’ll smooth out any unshed skin, then you can go back at it at night.
