Im playing with this formation atm, and for me i love to leave my weekside LB on Balanced, im getting so many good runs from him all game and since my right CF comes back on D i almost never gets cought from a counter attack on that wing
Wing backs on balance is dangerous especially if you’re not that good at the game. I personally have them on stay back. And I use LB to either send them or do and LB A pass with them. I like being able to dictate when they go on runs

Does the formation switch in game or it stays the same and the tactics switch the formation or do I have to use a different tactics for the same 4321 I don’t understand how it switch to a 442 in game
If you switch from balanced to attacking or defending it will alter the formation and some tactical settings so if you want the same keep it on balenced
im finding my d just gets exposed by through/lob balls. the opponents attack gets one step on them and im toast, i also have everyone set to stay back but it seems like they are always up to high and one lob ball and i have no chance. everyone else i play though seems like an absolute brick wall that doesnt leave such a weakness that i can lob one ball over them for a break, or their d is just able to catch my speedy forwards with ease. it makes no sense. is there an extra speed boost button i am missing or something.
Put all the strikers on stay central, left CF the striker on stay forward the right CF on come back. Midfielders both right and central on cover central (and if you want on stay back to have more security) and the left one on balanced. Lb-Rb you can make one overlap and the other one stay back but I love to have both on stay back and I’m the one who calls them for a run (by pressing L1)z This will make it shapeshift to a 442 on defence and a 4321 on attack
It’s hard to see in defense the options that the rival has. Every action goes so quickly. What do you recommend to improve?? Just play and play or there’s a more efectivo way?? I ask cause I play the piano and you need to play very slow to get to the point of it laying faster, in fifa this concept could apply but there’s no way to do it slow
I have been using this formation for years, but I make two substitutions because balanced does not suit me, I lose matches after substitution and it is difficult to win against them. My goal is to press after losing the ball and quickly construct actions. I was thinking, wouldn't it be better to set strong pressure and instead of quick actions, switch to balanced, which is better? depth I play is 69

Please make a detailed video on defending please, really sucking at it. Generally a Div4-5 player but can't able to get past 9 yet 😭
That's okay, I am usually a elite and this year I am stuck at division 9. I get to many goals. So it's Normal.
