Went from an original Pioneer of Electronica to a Great Master; still keeping the flame of invention and cleverly woven lyrics alive!! Brilliant Work! Viva Foxx!
@@teresaroberts5907 Thanks for your reply Teresa. In 1999 I was lucky enough to have travelled on the Subterranean tour bus 🚌 with John Foxx and Louis Gordon for the ten date UK extravaganza. I'd known Peter Gilbert and Francis Drake from my days at the Flag nightclub in Wembley in the '80s. They were Johns and Gary Numans official photographers and promoters and it was they who invited me along. Anyway the audiences at the JF concerts were more akin to football matches. Especially The Glasgow Barrowlands, Manchester Apollo and Shepherds Bush Empire. Over the two weeks I got to talk with John on a number of occasions. He's not only a massively talented musician but a generous and kind gentleman. Take care 🧡
Oh goooood ggggggaaaaawwwwwwwddddddd! That intro is amazing. I am really LIKING this one!!!!!!!!!! Nice clean drum patterns and golden synths!!!! The synths that come out at 1:05 are just marvellllous!!!!!! Sigh...
Beautiful! I just watched a lovely interview with Gary Numan speaking about the huge influence John Foxx is on his musical journey.
Fantastic track! Foxx is still relevant.
