Useful video. But I think Thiruma didn't answer properly for the question, "What would be the judgement if Jaya was alive?". He said, "If Jaya was alive and this judgement came she would've gone to jail". What we really wanted to know is, Could the same judgement be pronounced if Jaya was alive?. We have to notice that the judgement was finalised quite some time ago but was pronounced only when a need came. Why can't the judgement be given next day or atleast after a week if some formalities were to be completed? If Jaya was alive this judgement would've been postponed indefinitely or the centre would've used this judgement as a trump card in moving its political aspirations. That raises a big question whether the judiciary is operating as an autonomous body or it is being directed by the centre. If the central government can direct the Supreme court in deciding the timing of landmark judgement, it puts a big question on the integrity of the judiciary.

Why was the judgement delayed for 21 years, in the first place? Is it because it involved a famous actress? What is use when the prime accused is no more? Will this be followed for ordinary citizens also?
Why so many years it took - delayed just is in justice to the people of TN! They should have given the verdict long time back! Because of delayed judgement & dragging the case - J was allowed to be in the TN politics and along with Sasi they continued plundering TN for many more year! 100 crore fine is noting in today's value - today they might have 1000's of crore worth of properties and gold etc. At least now in right time this judgement been released before that avoided her to be CM! TN people are so lucky and we all thanks to our Governor for averting the situation of CM post going to the bandit queen!
