Ironically my rotors just arrived and it says TRQ lol didn't know I bought it from the same channel that's showing me how to do the job 🤣🤣 what a crazy world
Great informative videos clear and to the point nice commentating without any extra. Quite a professional job! Thank you for your quality and informative work sir. Much appreciated thank you.
Did I miss the step where you compress the piston? Also, does the e-brake hardware ever need to be replaced, or is it generally good for the life of the car?
You did miss that step, but he didn't. I learned a new technique there! Before he took the caliper off he stuck a pry bar in and leveraged the piston against the rotor. Start watching at 0:20 and you'll see it. He's quick, man!
@@TheSteveoTube That only worked because his pads were barely worn. If you have squealing pads (worn down all the way), the caliper would be fully compressed. You will certainly need the caliper tool to decompress it in order to fit new pads.
I've always changed my brakes on previous cars, but never on my Charger. I swapped out the brake pads on the Charger yesterday, but am now getting a FCW off light. Is there a sensor that I should be watching out for in the assembly?
Any idea why the bolts won’t budge? Torque wrench is battery pack and it dosnt provide anywhere near the torque I need. Iv changed rotors plenty on other cars but on my charger they will not loosen. I have a few threads showing on the bolts and it still isn’t easing up. The 10th then is just as hard as the 1st. Ended up leaving the rotors and just doing the breaks out of fear of snapping the bolts. After a few spins they SHOULD become easier to take off

This video was great for a rookie. Super simple and easy to follow. Used it with great success. Thank you!
Perfect video. I've done my front brakes but was concerned about the back. Thanks for the great video.
This channel has helped me to save money a lot
Did he call that bucket a collection receptacle

As DIY I like when you list the tools needed for the job bc in case I don’t have them
Why is this video so good?
Thank you
U make it look so dang easy
Bore brushes come in many sizes I would imagine. What size bore brush is used for the 2006 - 2010 Dodge charger caliper bores?

Replace that whenever you want, or when it breaks or gives you issues.

Why can't I find a video to show how to replace the parking brake shoes
Online some rotors say they’re premium g coated. Do you need to clean those prior to install too? Or will it just take the coating off
Wow this looks easier than i thought.. guy just tried to charge me 432 dollars for just the back brakes alone

Good Job but how do you replace the parking brake shoes.
Best brake video I've watched. I just subscribed to your channel.
Are the rear caliper slider boot replacements the same for the front calipers too?
Great video!
What Brand Bore Brush did you use? Hopefully I get a response. By the looks of others they are still waiting.
