I’m so happy this just came out, I have insomnia and when I do sleep I tend to have episodes of nightmares which usually become recurring and are dark more like night terrors, they even prevented me from sleeping for a while until I was put on melatonin but I still get them, tonight included since I had something happen the day before that left its mark.
